Wow the Omega 3 oil the good doctor recommends has only 360 mg of epa/dha in two capsules (120 capsules per bottle). I buy mine for less at Costco and it has 1000mg in a single softgel (150 capsules per bottle. Sad to see the doctor promoting and selling sub par supplements. I wonder if he would recommend his tuna omega 3 if he was doing an honest assessment and someone else was selling it. Disappointing.

I have “saved” three people by calling 911 in USA / 112 in Europe for a stroke, a heart attack, and a concussion. At first, I thought the stroke victim was drunk, because there was a broken glass on the floor, and his speech was slurred. I fortunately called for an ambulance to be sure. I’m hoping someone will be around to help me if needed. Thanks for all of your videos!

Hello Dr Eckberg, we missed you. Just wanted to thank you, you changed my life for better. I m on Keto/Intermittent fasting for almost one year, I went down from 315 to 250lbs, went from being insulin resistant to insulin sensitive, when i started fast walking with Keto and fasting, it did speed up the process a lot, now that I m closer and closer to my weight goal, I feel better and better, and the reason for all of that is, I watched and studied all of your videos, many of them multiple times, which helped me to acquire knowledge, and now I feel very confident in what I do . Again, thank you very much, you are a big help to many many of us. Greetings

What seems to help in such case is having some sort of a sport routine, where you know very well of what you are capable on a given day, for example a 12 min run, or 15 minutes on a stairmaster, whatever, something which you do more or less regularly and you try to be close to your maximum effort.. When you complete it, and you see that the result is ok- then you just know you are fine.

My Bllod Glucose/sugar levels have also returned to normalhealthy levals... Honestly I can't thank you enough... I'm now on two meals a day (no snaks) with an 18 - 20 hour fasting period every day (I eat plenty and I'm never really hungry). And yes I'malso more active and have more energy!!!

Depression. I have PCOS, with insulin resistance. In the long term, I got cancer of the uterus. I even fights with severe depression because of a CPTSD. Of this my sleep is very bad! Every time I get depressed my energy level is so low I sometimes cry because I can't get my socks over my feet. In hospital for PTSD 80% of the patients were overweight! Not skinny. Thus, this goes with high cortisol levelling? I did 6 times 35 kg of weight lost (between age 30 and 50) The last 2,5 years, bad depression. Even though I eaten so littlel I gained 38 kg weights. (But wenn, I did eat that wat was in the house: bread with cheese...) Know I am 54 years old, and I'm 105 kg to day. My HbA1 is 6,5. I want to work on my insulin resistance. very odd to me in a couple of these things like GERD & COPD I found in my personal life when I stopped dairy they went away. I had already cut out wheat & grains but kept 'cheating' with dairy. Dairy in my family is a big no no. You do mention wheat but not dairy. I know You, as a healhty person all Your life, can use raw dairy some without apparent issue, but most ppl do not have such a blessing. Ppl like me who were severe carb addicts & have lots of food sensitivities can not even partially tolerate dairy. Thank You for all You do!! You are blessed, brilliant & amazing!!

Good morning Dr. Ekberg I occasionally get tightness in my chest. I'm 76 years old. Did keto two years and carnivore 6 months. I've been to the ER a couple times in the past but they never found anything. My recent CAC score was 305. When I get the tightness in my chest I put my near infrared/red light pad on it and it almost always goes away within 20 minutes. I'm taking 8,000 FUs of nattokinase daily plus 300 or 400 mcg of K2 MK7 also from natto. Also an unfortified cod liver oil. Plus magnesium and other things. I have had a couple TIAs. One caused temporary slurred speech; the other caused temporary blindness in one eye that lasted less that a minute. I've lost 50 pounds in the last 2½ years. I'm 5'11" and 173 lbs. HDL is at 60 and triglycerides are at 70. Fasting insulin is less than 5.0. HOMA-IR was 1.1 when last checked. I have some BCC skin cancer.

I found your site by accident and I am so happy I did! It is so nice to have someone explain everything that may be happening to us and lead us to the root cause and what we need to do to turn it around. Many of us have doctors however they no longer have time to actually speak to us and unravel our health problems. Maybe I should say then, we have an illusion of a doctor. I say this not in gest but concern for myself and others who need to be seen but due to the past pandemic are still lacking actual doctor care. I have seen a doctor exactly 1 time since the pandemic began 3 years ago. The one doctor I saw was a new primary care doctor who quit his new position, as of this time I have a new doctor that I have never seen due to an overload of patients. I have stage 3 kidney disease, arthritis, seizure disorder, chronic bronchitis and panic and anxiety so I really think if I cannot get help from my doctor I need to educate myself and you Dr. Ekberg are a great help in doing that!

@Linda Mac Yes yes, most patients are totally unaware that even though there are four distinct dyes available to be used for radiographs, a pt can come out of the tube with weak knees and suddenly collapse. Afterwhich the crash team is unable to revive the pt. Review of health charts provides no indication suggesting the outcome. The side effect of using no dye is the Radiologist will miss the early warning signs. Go figure, aye?

I found taking 10kIU vitD daily helped with fluid in the ankles. When I stopped after a month the fluid came back so I started again and ankles went back to normal.

So I missed the part where you explained why it burns or is painful and not from acid. I am learning more every day and would like to understand this.

Thank You @uzamukundagloria8791 While there are many general things that a person can do to improve their health, such as reducing sugar, grain and processed foods. Some conditions are a little more complicated and require very specific analysis of the body. In my office we use Nutrition Response Testing to find and handle the root cause of the problem. 😀

Eating excessive sodium will cause edema. It happened to me when I started eating tons of bacon. Since I never had edema before I started eating all that bacon, it was easy to figure out the cause. I cut way down on the bacon and the edema went away by itself in a few days.

I lost about 15 pounds without trying before I got diagnosed as a type 1 diabetic....looking back at the photos of myself now I can't believe it! So that is a very true possibility (accompanied by excessive thirst, fatigue, constant urination).

Hello Doctor 🙌 I want to buy the cod liver oil you ve been talking about throughout a lot of your videos. Can you suggest what company I should buy from? Cause there s quite few with different prices so I wouldn t rush in without knowing what I m buying first.

Jigsaw health has a good quality one we've been using 3-4 years.

Thank you @todoranandrei8716. Cod liver has a 2:3 EPA:DHA + vitamin A & D. The one I mentioned in this video, Tuna Qmega-3, is 1:5 for brain support. Both of these are available through standard process. www.drekberg.shop/collections/10-serious-body-signs-you-shouldnt-ignore www.drekberg.shop/products/cod-liver-oil 😄

Just make sure you take one that is not fortified with synthetic A & D. Rosita is one that's good as well as Jigsaw Alasken CLO. I'm taking On Target Living Alaskan CLO. I take a tablespoon everyday except on days when I might eat a can of cod liver packed in it's own oil.
