@@chelle1810 actually idk. I took a medication from the doctor for 3 months and he never checked to see if they are gone. I've been intermittent fasting, omad, and extended fast. Along with searching for natural, or farm foods.

@@chelle1810 my BP has been elevated a while. Actually I've been up and down when it comes to my health and diet. I'm 41, and motivated for my daughter to be fit and healthy for her. I've been in and out of the doctors offices and ER's. They always give me their information and they're medications. I've had adhd, anxiety, depression, high BP, digestive issues. I did go 4 months where I ate omad and biked to and from my job , 30 mins each way. I came off my BP meds and now all of my anxiety- depression meds, and my sleeping medications. Not doctor approved , but my BP is normal and I've lost 45 ish pounds. We have all the medications on this earth in foods and vegetables, and fruits, not medications. Hope this helps.

You did the best with the information you had. We have to do our own research when Drs tell us we HAVE to do something. If it's not an emergency, take time to look at your options. I've seen so many people come through the hospital and have surgery consult with surgeons they've never met. End up in surgery before they're discharged. Remember, they're not always motivated for your highest good. $$$$$

I appreciate you more than you know! I had my gb removed in 1999! What you shared is not taught in HS health classes (damn). If I had only known that there were OPTIONS to surgery. If I had known the proper prevention foods to consume. I'm tired of being the health puppet. My doctor at that time made no effort to educate me about the cause or how to correct the problem instead only offering surgery! SMH & ticked off. 🤦🏾♀️ The more you know. Thank you so much for sharing.

I had my gallbladder and 16 chick pea sized stones removed in 1988 when I was 17. I needed a blood transfusion and had a drain and a catheter when I woke up. I was in hospital for 6 weeks. God knows what happened during my surgery. It took me quite a long time to revover. The doctors were puzzled because I wasn't 'fair, fat or forty'. I have had health issues ever since. I was told that boy of 14 and I were the youngest cases in the country. The boy's case was in the Lancet.

I asked practitioner if there were holistic remodies i could fo instead of surgery to remove a 6mm galletone causing biliary colic and they said surgery was the only option...so i had the surgery. At the appointment to have staples removed i was curious to see what the stone or stones looked like and asked to see them and surgeon said there was no stone. Interesting and concerning right? Multiple ultrasound images confirmed a stone i NEEDED surgery to have removed and surgeon couldn't locate it or showed no concern to discover if it'd travel to block my liver which was the reason they were "worried" and wanting to remove it. It was all a gimic After that i dont trust Dr's so much. They think patients are desperate or naive and wont do their own research. And i discovered the puking and pain was not my gallbladder it was from my PCOS and hormone imbalance i had troubles with since 12 that was flairing back up. I was misdiagnosed. Malpractice as well having an unnecessary procedure

True story: I couldn’t shake my low vitamin D, iron, & high cholesterol after two years of changing my diet, exercise, & a couple intestinal cleanses. Of course doctors didn’t know what the problem was & was about to send me to a blood specialist. I did some research and decided to take bile acids/salts. Within a week I extracted liver flukes, a long tape 🪱, & small stones. I was so exhausted before, during, & after this process but finally got a clean bill of health two months later, after struggling w/long covid for four years!

@drbobbyprice Can you please do a video on how to eat for sickle cell disease? My husband had his gallbladder removed due to this disease but he doesn’t have a good dietary roadmap. He has hemochromatosis so he needs to avoid iron as much as possible. I’m iron deficient so I’m the opposite. Does your book help with these type of recipes? New sub. I love your content and I missed the deadline for the detox. I’m planning to be on the next one though. I had an emergency gallbladder at the end of 2023 because I was having very bad pain and I ended up having a bunch of gallstones and some pulups in my gallbladder. I had complained to my old primary care doctor for 8 years that I was getting these bad pains near my stomach and rib area like I got ran over by a car or hit with a bat at times. All they kept telling me is that it was due to me being constipated. That's all they kept telling me for the 8 years until I ended up in the ER and they told me that I needed an emergency gallbladder removal and that I would be staying at the hospital! When I got the operation, I asked if there was a special diet I had to follow, and the surgeon told me no my body would tell me what I shouldn't eat. Now I have pains in my side again under my ribs and in my back, and my primary care doctor thinks that I might have Fatty Liver Disease! Can you tell me, Dr. Price, can you get rid of Fatty Liver Disease or not? I had a blood test done, and it came back negative, but since I am having the pain near my ribs, my doctor wants me to have an ultrasound done to make sure it's not that!
