The Major Causes of LOW Iron ANEMIA with Solutions
Low iron is the number one deficiency in the world. Deficiencies can lead to disease and often are the first stage of dysfunction we overlook. There are different forms of iron non-heme iron and heme iron which is a heavy topic of discussion. Heme iron is always touted for being more absorbable, however, it is also very toxic. So in this video, we'll discuss the important functions of iron, symptoms of iron deficiency, and 10 CAUSES of ANEMIA.
I offer a Herbal Iron supplement that is completely plant-based and natural and doesn't cause constipation. Check out this link to learn more: drbobbyprice.com/products/her...

Same with me and they gave me blood and iron and guess what 6 months later I was deficient again so I asked the hematologist why was it happening and he keep telling all types of reasons yet never told me what was going on he just wanted to keep me getting IV iron and it started making me sick

Eleven years ago, my iron got so low I passed out twice and had to get 4 units of blood.. No fun at all. I wish I knew about juicing back then and just being more educated on low iron levels and how to prevent it.

@bklyngurlwurl please name everything you juiced because even my naturopathic doctor says once you get to a certain low level of iron ie. Transfusion level like you did, no amount of food will get you back to normal iron levels, so please forward what you juiced.

I think I may have gotten it all, but if I didn't charge it to my heart. Iron deficiency is the Number 1 health issue in the world Leads to dysfunction and Disease in the body Anemia occurs when there aren't enough healthy red blood cells to carry oxygen to your body's organs. As a result, it's common to feel cold and symptoms of tiredness or weakness. Why is Iron so important: - It makes hemoglobin - - hemoglobin is what makes blood red - - convey oxygen to the tissues/cells - - - tissue/cells break down without oxygen - body cannot heal properly - - key component to healing - - reason why people get sick a lot - key to hormonal balance - key to having energy - prevents fatigue/tiredness - thinning of the hair or losing of the hair - - lose hair when combing or brushing - prevent twitching of the muscles - - Leg cannot stay still (restless leg syndrome) - Dizziness/liteheadedness/faint - Shortness of breath Major Causes of LOW Iron ANEMIA: 1. - Excessive Bleeding/heavy menstrual cycle - - long menstrual cycle - - - when loosing a lot of blood you loose a lot of iron 2. - high estrogen levels (Hormonal Imbalance) - - - high estrogen levels cause (Mood swings, anxiety, panic attacks, depression, Decreased sex drive, headaches, - - - painful periods, dense breast tissue, fibroids, polyps, polycystic ovary syndrome, and increased endometriosis pain) 3. - Low stomach acid (used to break down food) 4. - Sugar (Sweet tooth) 5. - Antibiotics - - Some Antibiotics will deplete you of iron 6. Parasites and Yeast - - parasites and yeast that get in your body love sugar - - - They hijack your taste buds and cause you to grave Sugar even more - - Steals Iron in your body 7. - Chronic Inflammation - - knee, lower back, gut (irritable bile syndrone), eye (glaucoma), brain (depression or dementia) Natural Solution: 1. Iron Sulfate (Get from plants: natural sources of iron) - - Herbal Iron (Herbal Supplement) drbobbyprice.com/products/herbal-iron - - - Burdock, Yellow Dock, dandelion roots, quassia wood, perilla

I had Anemia so bad I had to get infusions. I needed 5000mg. Once I removed meat from my diet; My Anemia was non-existent. Hem iron was very toxic. My entire body balanced itself once I removed all meat and diary. I use honey, dates, agave, or raw sugar if needed to use sugar.

@@nicolehackett8919 - Try an iron supplement called “VITANICA-Iron Extra.” When I was anemic due to fibroids it raised my iron levels quickly by taking two a day. (It raised from a 8 to a 12 in 2 weeks). Once its raised take the normal recommended amount. Your body will absorb this particular supplement well. Also take Magnesium … Amino Acid Chelate by SOLARAY. This will help with your cramps, pain. AND…your vitamin D levels are likely low so take a Vitamin D supplement too. Hot baths helped with the pain also. Best wishes to you….feel for anyone experiencing this 🙏🏼

I have been anemic for years because I wasn't taking my iron supplement as prescribed. My iron was so low at one point that my medical provider said she doesn't even know how I get out of bed each morning. It has never affected my physical health BUT I had thick full hair as a child. I have noticed it isn't as full as it used to be. It is vain (I won't lie) but my hair not being full is a catalyst for me getting my iron levels up. I am on a plant-based diet so I need to focus on natural foods that boost iron. This video was right on time.

Thank you for bringing this to our attention. I had low iron before my hysterectomy earlier this year. I had a serious problem with eating ice all day long to the point I got on my kids nerves. I learned last year I had a tumor on my uterus which lead to the hysterectomy earlier this year. The doctors had to give me iron an infusion because it got so low. After the iron infusion and the hysterectomy, I longer craved ice. If only I had known previously that iron was such an important mineral of the body maybe I would have taken it more seriously.

What foods do we have to eat to get the best and more than enough nutrients for us and our babies/fetus? I would love to hear you speak about this, since I have a 7 month old and want to breastfeed for a long time and I just recently started eating more plant-based and no more animal products.
