Your sweet budgie stole the show for me this time. It is so nice to see a budgie out and engaging with the family. He/she is obviously very happy. I’ve always had budgies since I was 4 years old. (I’m 61now) yah that’s a lot of budgiesThey were all tame and a real joy. My son boomeranged back home and we have owned a rescue cat for 4yrs now. And boy do I miss the cheerful little chirping pal on my shoulder. Btw son has moved on. Thanks for always sharing great stuff with us in such a cheerful way. 😊🇨🇦JT

I had a horrible thick oily residue on the top of my kitchen cabinets when I moved into a rental. After trial and error, I found a tsp of olive oil and a tsp of dish soap on a hot damp sponge works amazingly at cutting through grease 👍🏻👌🏻

And to prevent most of that from happening again, you can lay paper grocery bags on top of the cupboards, or what I do is using manageable lengths of waxed paper, put 2 layers down, keeps the paper from sticking and takes about a minute to remove once a year. And is really cheap. Need to do it soon.

Because of you my husband and I cleaned the outside of our windows on Saturday for the first time in the 27 years that we’ve lived in our home. That windex cleaning kit really worked. Our windows look beautiful and we can see outside now! Thanks for the tip.

I just want to keep watching the end of this video over and over again cuz I'm CRYing I'm giggling so much like THAT IS SO MEEEE!!! Like for real, we have 7 baby chicks in a tote under a heat lamp in our office right this second and they are so freaking cute, but heck they poop a lot and I'm constantly cleaning their cage considering my life choices.... ugh. I also dream of a hobby farm with all the animals! But for me it's the mini horses, lol (and the cats, dogs goats, pigs, chickens, etc!). Every time I've ever gone to the animal shelter "just to have a look", I've ended up coming home with another pet, lol. They are a lot of work but the joy they bring makes it all worth while.. :-D

Hahaha I feel you on the pets! I'm a mummy to five children aged 5-15 we also have 2 cats, 1 dog, 2 hamsters and 2 guinea pigs! Every week at the pet shop I'm constantly eyeing up the little cutie rats! If it wasn't for my hubby our home would be like a pet shop too lol x

I would love to have a small farm with all the critters!! I love them but I avoid pet stores so I don't have the temptations. My dog I got from the shelter and the cats were strays. They are a lot of responsibility, work, and can be expensive! But the love they give makes up for it!! I just got the duster you used to reach high up. Great video even with the gong show going on!! haha!! I feel like I could sit down and really enjoy talking and laughing with you!! I love the name for your bird!!

Oh my, you sound just like me with the pets! My children are grown and I still have 4 dachshunds, a long hair chihuahua, a yorkie, a rescued beagle, an outdoor fish pond, an aquatic turtle, and until he recently passed, a hedgehog! Thank goodness we live in the country and don't have any close neighbors! It's a crazy life!

Love pets so much but after losing the last one, came to the conclusion just couldn't do it again no matter how badly we both want another one. Age, health and energy. Time and money. Will always be so thankful to have experienced past pets in my life, will always love and miss them. But the fact is just as you said. Pets mean money, time, energy expense. Don't do it if you know you can't handle it. Particularly if your plate of 'to do' is already overflowing. Love the ones you have. Happy Spring cleaning!:)

We have a new puppy and you are so right...so MUCH WORK, especially since his breed (Boxer/Shepherd) is a high energy breed. So LOTS of play, walks and of course food ... which means a lot of poop cleaning. Then there is training and boy is he stubborn but is smart and beginning to catch on. BUT ... as he gets bigger he will be a great pet and a perfect addition to our family. It will be worth all the hard work. I too LOVE animals! Besides the puppy we have 8 cats which started as 2 pregnant stray cats we took into our care and home. Poor things were skin and bones when they were dropped off at my house. I dont understand how people can be so cruel to these kitties, they are so loving. We also used to have bunnies and there is a lot of care involved, I so understand. Very tender and loving creatures though. Thanks for your awesome vids ... they help me tremendously! Enjoy your day. Here in Michigan it is actually 50 degrees today.

I use a mixture of Murphy’s Oil Soap and water and use a sponge to wash my walls and cabinets. I’ve never had streaks using this method!

We need to clean our windows, but we are in Pittsburgh, so too cold to consider turning the outdoor water back on! We had 6 inches of snow just last week. We usually skip spring and have extended winter, but I still love to spring clean!

Oh, and I wanted to mention that I found that a super quick and effective way to dust the walls is to use a Swiffer wet/dry mop with one of their dry cloths. It traps SO much dust, and the long handle and large flat surface make it very fast and efficient. I do this about every 4 months and I'm always stunned by how dirty the cloth gets every time, especially since the walls look clean.

I really love your cleaning videos. I have six coonhounds in the house. If I am not wiping nose prints off my windows and doors I am definitely vacuuming dog hair off of sofas and chairs. But for some crazy reason...I wouldn't have it any other way. ❤️🐶❤️

We have 24 pets, which includes.....dogs, fish, turkeys, ducks, hens, bantams, rats and hedgehogs! Yes, they are a lot of work, we share the cleaning responsibility of them all but normally I am left to do most of it! Stick with what you have, good on you for saying no!! Xx
