Tip 2 is up to half the passive tree on non mastery passives not just the mastery skill This is how detonating arrow is so devastating with traps one of the most op builds if you have the gear

Addition to tip 5. If you are clearing and find and XP shrine, save it, go back to it and click it right before you port out n consume xp tomes...

Do you know how much additional XP the XP shrine gives percentage wise? Is it like 50% more XP, or maybe just 20%?

Shrines specifically say experience on kill, does picking up the xp books count as a kill?

Tip #11 - If you have a teleport skill/dash, you can skip gates all together in Temp Sanc. Some gates won't allow for this, some will. The way to tell is by holding down right mouse (so that your char runs) and move your cursor beyond the gate, if your char turns away from the gate, you can skip the gate with a tele/dash ability (chanelling move skills like werebear or sentinels won't work)

Tip 3 and 4 were helpful. Tip 5, as a level 100 I didn't collect them but didn't realize they give favor. Yuge.

Tip number 12: You don't have to finish the campaign on alts. You can go up to chapter 6, and you'll have all your passive points to do monoliths. Early monolith is easy and can make you level 38 to 60 in no time. You can then go back and breeze through the campaign.

Stopping at chapter 7 is best as you have all idols and passives when you beat the tree...

imo the only echoes worth running are the xp and unique nodes until you get the special ones that either reroll echoes, revert or discover. Only reroll monos with orobyss if the reward suck... if you're farming boss drops.

Dang, that Auto-Cast/Numlock trick blew my mind, especially because it can carry over to other games as well! Thank you! Edit: For my runemaster I keep Flame ward + Rune ability (Frost Shield - Ice, fire, Ice) locked on 100% except when in town. Running around with 750 Hp and constant 5000 Ward makes everything a breeze @ LV 50-60, using Frost Claw (fire) as main attack

@@reqhart it's not, it's akko. Fn and number keys are f1-12. I guess I could just keybind that. I'll try it. My keyboard came with software but I don't trust that ish.

@@natel7382 Weird my messages got deleted, maybe because I reposted for visibility and KZbin thought I was spamming. You could try seeing if software will also let you do toggle buttons. So bind F3 as button E toggle on/off. If you don't have software or the ability to do so I think there was a program called autohotkey that lets you do the same thing on any keyboard. Used it a long time ago before keyboards started coming with decent software.

One caveat about the Rune of removal : you can only use it on an item that has some remaining Forging Potential (and using it will reduce it). While Rune of Shaterring works even on objects with 0 FP. Generally not a problem as you will tend to use them on items with full FP, but you can get (very) unlucky and fail to remove the affixes you want before running out of FP.

Arena nodes might give more xp, but they take longer on a decent build. The portal tip I don't even get - who'd think you can only summon a portal once?

To me it was more about where the portal will take you. If you summon the portal before completing the echo objective, the portal takes you to the End of Time "settlement" zone and you lose progress to that monolith node (you have to restart the echo). And so I kinda assumed that pressing the "T" key will take me back to End of Time even after completion of echo objective.

That's easy. When you clear an echo, you get a button under minimap to summon the portal. Once you press it, button is gone :)

Wow that autocast tip is great. Not sure if it's going to stay in the game for long cause it seems like an unintended effect/bug. I'll be sure to try it though!

Tip 11: Taylor a good loot filter and stop looking at junk. Tip 12: Runes of Ascendance and Prophecies are way better at target unique farming than high corruption monolith rewards. Tip 13: You can create godly items from good exalts with Glyphs of Insight...

You might have forgot but already knows, but in clip 2:01 you said everything was fair game which is untrue. You forgot to mention that you only unlock half of the other masterys, all the way to the chains and as such there is skills you cannot unlock behind the chains.

It's probably due to Reshade preset that I'm using. Link and info are available in my other video on the channel. My in-game settings are: shadows, reflection and ambient occlusion on medium; rest on high.

ya..after 100 hours i saw video that showed some1 using a skill from a different mastery passive tree..and i was like... waaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaitttt a minute. So it took me 100 hours to learn you are not locked into any particular mastery passive tree in terms of allocating passive points. 🤣 But TBF.. i didn't see ANY indication in the game UI or guide to indicate this... but maybe i overlooked smthg?..

No you did not miss anything, the devs just decided not to hold our hands in the game for every second we play. Btw, skill trees outside of your mastery are limited to the chains, beyond that the skills and abilities remain locked

Seriously though, the difference between right clicking the area in the map and pressing “Travel” is so trivial. I don’t see why you are commanding us in your thumbclip to stop pressing on the “Travel” button. Other tips were more useful though.

One of the reasons I stopped playing Last Epoch wasn't because the game wasn't really fun. It was because of the Forging Potential. It's such bullshit. The crafting isn't terribly complicated, but some aspects are a bit of a challenge. Add to that the miserly forging potential and It can go from useful to shit in a millisecond. Blech.

forging was a good one, but the sucky part for me about LE is that you had no choice but to only play ward builds to climb higher corruption, and int class have such advantage over the others in doing that.

The forging potential isn't really the issue. Sure it can get frustrating but it's not that bad. The issue I have is with crafting legendary items. A unique with LP, an exalted item with 4 affixes, and it takes a random affix to place on the legendary item. Potentially ruining it by picking the wrong affixes. Also note that you can duplicate an exalted item with good affixes so you can sacrifice the duplicated item (a duplicated item has 0 forging potential but you do not need FP to craft a legendary)
