when you hit a plateau, do something you normally don't do in your workouts. this is called muscle confusion and will kick start your body transformation again.

Thanks for the tips☺️I have tried to lose weight since the end of last year but haven’t been consistent which I know is key. I started today with intermittent fasting and am going to start working out at least 3x a week for now. It’s not easy but I want it bad enough. Wish me luck 🤞🏼

i just had a rib injury month ago and my doctor said me to stop cardio or weight lifting..and i am already missing lifting weights..i thought it would make me bulky cuz i always heard it in my home before ordering weights..

The whole weighing yourself thing really depends on your starting point. If you are pretty overweight or obese and they’re trying to lose fat and gain muscle when yourself it’s probably a good idea because you’re not gonna put on that much muscle. It really depends on your starting point. If you are skinny fat for example the scale might not be the best tool.

I would add going to a dietitian first.

I did mentioned that if anyone has the option to go to a nutritionist, I would definitely recommend that but many people don’t have the means to do that so I gave some tips that are free :)
