honestly I have not attended any interview for private schools..I have no idea on what they really ask but I believe there can’t be a huge difference with public schools , trust things are more or less the same.

Yes if the requirements on the advert state so.. mostly they consider your majors and field of specializations . But try to inquire from the principal of the school before applying , schools are not the same you know.

You addressed it in the video but I want to ask again, do they only mark you correct if you write the things as they are in the book? Like do you have to get the order of the pillars of vision 2030 correct? It is it fine if you just list them in any order? Also can you use your own words to describe them?

It will depend on people marking you. In most cases to be on a safe side write as it is in the book, own words are highly not considered..and remember the competition is high already so try to be accurate, there could be majority of candidates that have written them as they are in the book while you are using your own words then automatically you fall out.the order doesn’t matter

Challenges are things that makes it difficult for teaching and learning to take place.. to mention a few challenges can be: learners that can't read, bullying among learners, lack of discipline, lack of parental involvement, hunger. Then go on explaining and giving practical examples on how to solve or eliminate those issues I have stated above respectively.. feel free to add more challenges and how to solve or eliminate them.
