This video was so meaningful to watch 😭😭 A lot of things mentioned were so well-spoken.. like how changes can be both INTERNAL and EXTERNAL - more importantly is that both sides are interrelated; As a 25 y.o who is undergoing one of the most transitional phases of her life, I almost had an epiphany after you guys bring the fact to light! I moved countries, found my next career milestone, lost friends, made friends, reconnected with families, etc. All of it feels all too underwhelming at once and you’re right, they’re making me debate my identities and ideals every single day. I started my skincare journey in 2018. As an oily faced boy myself, thank you so much for everything. I learned so much about skincare. I've been following your channel since I was in senior high school. My skin has improved a lot. Granted that the acne scars left some craters on my face, however my cystic acne has stopped. I still do get breakouts here and there, but thanks to your channel I now have some knowledge about how to deal with them. I really can't thank you enough.
