Absolutely love the throwback picture to original Nick Fury. Most people don't realize that the super soldier serum also seriously enhanced Cap's brain as well as his body giving him a photographic memory and allowing him to be an incredible strategist. Also he has enhanced reflexes and foresight to predict cause and affect reactions. Cap is the TOTAL package.

Who ever said Cap wasn’t intelligent? He has heightened intelligence thanks to the super soldier formula. That’s how he knows exactly how to throw his shield so it always comes back, and why he’s a master tactician. Nothing on this list is surprising.

I always found it funny how DC usually has the darker storytelling but the hero's don't kill. While Marvel is usually not as dark but a lot of the heroes aren't afraid to take a life. This isn't meant to cause an argument. I'm a fan of both DC and Marvel.

The way I see it, it's not a weakness on his part, but rather a strength with a trade off that he must be willing to pay. Steve's arc in the MCU is based on what Dr. Erskine said of him: "a good man". He cares for others even when he's still a scrawny boy. Yet his actions have consequences. Ditching that bomber made him lose a life with his beloved Peggy, but that's what he need to do for the sake of his mission. Dismantling SHIELD is the right thing to ensure freedom, but there are consequences as well. Him willing to lay his life for brainwashed Bucky nearly costs him his life. Him fighting for Bucky's innocence caused the Avengers to broke apart. Him wanting to keep Vision alive caused Thanos to win. It's not really a weakness, but a trade-off that he must take. If he did everything to win, then baddies like HYDRA and Ultron who are willing to sacrifice the whole world would win.
