I LOVEE this video. I like how you pulled from every aspect to make people’s daily lives a little more luxurious & special. Things that make me luxurious is buying flowers, skincare, having nice baths, eating out of glassware, or even drinking water in a wine glass 🤣 I would suggest to people that have a difficult time organizing & keeping their space clean is to dedicate 10-15 minutes just to put things away & tidy up for the day. Try this every night for a week & you’ll notice a difference. I have fell behind on this practice but it really helped bc I saw how not putting away things contribute to a messy room.

Another self care I do is getting back in the gym, eating right, and making all my doctors appointments. We have to take better care of ourselves internally as well... love all your tips and have been doing most except the using my outfits thing. Definitely doing that more often...🙂🙂

I love this. You’re so on point Bryony. I recently started going back to the gym. I want to be healthy and viable in my older age. I don’t want to have to live on medication and depend on others any sooner then God wants me to so I’m taking care of myself. And I love that you mentioned making those doctors appointments. That’s so important. Seeing a doctor regularly for preventative care is major and many people aren’t doing it. Love your mindset. ♥️♥️♥️

Just did this this past weekend! Lol Uhhkayyyy I've even started back wearing my heels again even while I've been working from home. Trying to transition out of these socks and flip flops that have been on the bottom half since last March (lol) so that when I fully re-emerge back into my sosh life, I can walk in my heels again and they are already broken in (especially the newer ones ;-) ).

Alisha....I've brought fresh flowers for years!...many times I just buy a big bunch of fresh flowers and split them up to put in my bedroom, living room, dinning area...I also live in a large APARTMENT and maintain a balcony garden with various flowers, and I also have beautiful green plants throughout my large apartment..you are right, it really uplift your spirit, mood, energy...Also, I too, started wearing my clothes, running errands, doctor appointments, grocery shopping, etc...of course gatherings with family.....I'm Aquarius.......65 years of age, fit, retired, ETC and I really love your channel, spirit, style, humility, intelligence, etc...you are a really, really, wise young LADY....a breathe of fresh air!

I had planned on sitting home for a year to regroup, distress (I worked in a very hostile work environment for the last 20 years), declutter and organize my home and then go back to work in a new occupation. But I got depressed, and gained weight instead. Your videos lifted me up and you inspired me to get up and take care of myself. Now I'm working on decluttering my home. Every tip is spot on!!! Thank you! I’ve stopped saving my clothes for special occasions. With my busy life, Target and Starbucks ARE special occasions! I use a California Sweeper to dust off my car and I have a bucket of water and distilled vinegar to squeegee the windows. My car looks great and it only takes a few minutes. I’m down to a, maybe, once a year visit to the car wash… which is better for the paint job Using the candles sounds good. Mine are covered with dust 😂

I totally agree with your top 10 tips. I practice just about all of them with the exception of dressing up to go grocery shopping. I am now retired and I don't do that anymore. I put on my capris and a tee shirt and I am out the door. Mind you, they match and they don't have holes in them. But I don't do my hair and put on make-up, etc.....
