From MY personal experience, the best way to remember your yearly medical exams is to schedule them at least a week before your birthday every year.

Here's me watching your videos religiously thinking you are in your late 20's early 30's. Girl you look soooooo good. I agree with most of what you say apart from the financial one. I know a lot of women in their 40's are retraining & starting a new career. Therefore in order to enable this, they will be taking on debt & living beyond their means. I say this because it happened to me for the last 4yrs. I've finished studying, I have my new career so now I'm focusing on paying off my debt. Love this video and all your content 😍

Thank you for discussing this important and fun topic. I am in my fifties and still learning how to completely care for my mind, body, and spirit. My oldest is 35 years old with 2 boys and married. We talk all the time about self-care and why building your spiritual house is very important to your over-all health. In my forties, my time was spent in college, taking workout classes, dance and weight lifting. and much more, I grew so much, I met powerful women that are the age I am now. They saved my life. The advice you shared is solid. Thanks for your continued love and support to your subscribers! Blessings

One thing I will add for women 40 and above is to stop dressing like they are in their 20s!! You can still look beautiful and classy without skimpy, short clothes. I’m not saying you should only wear long dresses or shirts to cover up everything, I’m just saying to look classy and age appropriate😇

Hi Alesha or Alisha? ... Apparently you did this video just to me. Thank you very much! I'm 52 but I still needed to hear this. You know you learn these things as you grow. I was a very responsible person. However people do regress. They do. I have. I can totally see your reasoning that I put people first because of a lack of or low self esteem. It makes sense to me now looking back. I often wonder why I am not much further on in life. Why have I not achieved more? I see the correlation in your argument. It's late and much harder now for me to fix things. Also, the motivation and energy is sadly lacking. I know it's a type of ongoing depression for many years. Because I do recognise at a deep spiritual level what is happening. Sigh 😔

I am a woman in my sixties and you were spot on! That hair and skin is a good one. I use to have very thick 4c hair.. It is now very thin. It is a very good idea to get your financial situation in order because the 60s may seem like a long way off. When you're in your forties. But it comes on you fast. I don't exercise enough. I have to do better. I have a brother that is very fit who is also in his sixties. He said if you don't do anything else, you have to do stretching exercises. Another tip: stop being around people you don't like or that makes me feel uncomfortable.

I see it too often and I'm amazed that people put up with it. My patience and tolerance for that bs is extremely low. And I'm happier for it. Less drama.
