This episode couldn’t have come at a better time. I’m 8 weeks postpartum and was devastated that I can no longer do a push up despite being athletic my whole life. This was my reminder that I will need to start over and rebuild which will take some patience and grace. Any movement throughout the day is not wasted even if it is just a walk. Thank you!

The full body and microworkouts tips were the key for me. I have a 19 month old, who is extremely active and still nurses (non-exclusively), work full-time, and go to school part-time. So I can devote an hour tova workout or do split training like did prior to my daughter. Thank you!

I’m a trainer working towards my pre/post natal certification and also 37 weeks pregnant with my fifth baby, including one miscarriage. Thank you for highlighting how important it is to listen to your body and taking it slow. Each pregnancy is vastly different. Since listening to you guys I’ve adopted total body with myself as well as my clients. Proof is in the pudding! It’s a great strategy that is much more realistic! Thank you so much for your invaluable information

Thank you for posting this!! Wonderful information! I'm SO GLAD to have come across your podcast a couple weeks ago!! Currently 30 weeks today with #4, super active before, during and for sure will be after. I'm a Fitness coach on maternity leave now 😁...Been getting lots of fist bumps and people coming up to me in the gym saying how much I inspire them! Such an awesome humbling feeling! My plan is to get my pre and postnatal cert and help other women be and stay fit surrounding their pregnancies.

My wife has been working on strength training after having twins. She trained a lot before and in the first two trimesters of pregnancy. A year after giving birth. she's doing great, but has abdominal separation (diastasis recti) which is common after pregnancies. Appreciate the info here guys. Trying to support her and her health as best as I can.

This came right on time for me. 5 months pp w/ baby 2 and started exercising 3 weeks pp because i was lifting during my pregnancy. I’m in phase 2 week 2 of Anabolic and still have stubborn body fat. I’ve been listening to you guys since I started my journey and have been considering a cut, but I haven’t because of everything I’ve learned from you guys. Earlier today I thought - nothing is getting rid of this fat maybe I should cut. Wrong answer! 😂 Thanks for reminding me to have patience and give myself grace. I have tons of faith in your expertise and can’t wait to show my results from your programs.

I wish this had been easily accessible information when I had my son; he's 8. I'm very petite but my son was very large. 23 hours of hard labor plus an emergency c-section changed a lot of my natural movement patterns. I worked myself way too hard, way too fast with circuit training and really hurt myself. This info will save mom's a lot of pain and frustration.

Can you please do a show about “Working out after Open Heart Surgery”? I am 61. Worked out since I was 12. I am 5 months from having OHS to replace a congenitally defective Aortic Valve. My valve was bicuspid, plus it had a 4-5mm hole in it. I’m lucky to be alive, especially since I used to Bench 400, Squat 500, Leg Press 600. Whew, dodged a bullet, Thank God. Right now I’m working out with 10lb dumbbells. Ugh! I feel so wimpy, but I am just starting back.

I had a minimally invasive hysterectomy 3 weeks ago. My uterus was enlarged, like 4 mo pregnant size. Prior I was fairly active, lifting 3x a week and running daily. I've been cleared to do yoga and walking. Doc says to just "listen to my body". Feeling lost and confused on how to get back into fitness and when to begin dieting again. I lost 50 pounds prior and have 30 to go and am pumped to get back in, But dont wanna hurt myself.

I know several women (wife, sister... Etc) who have had issues with pelvic floor pp for years afterwards. Even PT has had limited success. You all referenced this problem briefly - is your recommendation the prime pro webinar? I saw the link to the pelvic clock, is that something that would help strengthening this area as well? Thanks for the content! MAPS Starter did wonders correcting my wife's ab separation.
