Dearest Linda,I will answer your question of the day,but first,truly,I wish to thank you,for simply being here. Sometimes ,I become lonely,and you always manage to just be around,in your garden,in your home,just there,with a smile and fun information to share. Thank you. You(and Stewart,ha😂) have propelled me through the grey days,when I tend to be a bit blue. Thank you! In answer to your question,my guilty pleasure is the total abscense of pesticides in my lawn,which gives rise to dandelions,and the flower tea that results,so yellow,and sweet! And also,these strange little native strawberries,very subtle,not sweet,but a bit of tang,and ever so tiny. They are a seasonal treasure,and I compete with those rascally rabbits for them😂

I agree about your reluctance to use pesticides. Recently I was in the garden after being inspired by Linda and Stewart and I was busy potting my herbs. I noticed some big ugly flying thing and I thought it was a wasp. I saw them swarming in a nest in my detached garage gutter. I dropped my spade screamed and ran in the house. But a couple got inside and a few had landed on me. I asked my husband to check my back and I was able to shake off a few. I looked outside and saw the nest and them pouring out. My husband called an exterminator and they said they would come on Monday. It was a Sunday. Then I loooked outside and saw some sparrows feasting on these scary flying insects. They loved them! My bird feeder is near that gutter. I fed the sparrows all winter. They rewarded me. The bugs flew away and I have not seen them since. We cancelled the exterminator. My husband saved 400 dollars. He was happy! No chemicals and the sparrows did their job! I also have a cat that kills any rodents that might come near the house. And finally I was a witness to the great monarch migration when I lived in a coastal neighborhood in the Bronx New York. I hope my stories bring you laughter and joy!

I love how you talked about postcards and mementos from trips. My first trip to Europe (went to Germany and France) I collected numerous postcards, and small things here and there such as napkins, paper menus from restaurants we ate at, metro and museum ticket stubs, etc. Then I made a scrapbook with the photos I took and the mementos. It adds so much to the enjoyment of looking through the scrapbook.

I work in a medical office four days a week. In the summer it is so hard for me to be locked up all day when I really want to be out playing in the dirt! Loved the belted bag, my daughter and my granddaughter who just graduated high school this past week both have the LuLulemon bags. They wear them like you would wear a crossbody, so hands are free and bag is secure. They use them as a small purse when out running errands. Love, love your videos. Gotta find the cookies. My guilty pleasures - a piece or two of chocolate while reading a chapter in my current fiction read, playing cards with my husband in the afternoon, sitting down in the afternoon to watch a KZbin video - especially one of yours! I love to take momentous and various ephemera, tea tags, postage stamps,pretty images from cards or paper bags, and decoupage them on to card stock tags to make into book marks and give as gifts. I made several from vintage sewing patterns and mailed to friends to let them know I was thinking of them. They loved them and loved getting such a simple gift out of the blue

Travel tip, buy a magnet for the frig with a picture of where you are visiting. I always write the date on the back. It is amazing how many family and friends always comment. Bagalini bags have great option for Stewart. They were designed by flight attendants and have great organization. I know they have Fanny packs and small bags. I was in OKC recently and went to the Cowboy Museum. Wonderful! Highly recommend. I also went to the OKC Memorial which was my main reason to visit there. A very tragic event topic but so well expressed by the community. This was a trip I had been wanting to take for quite some time.

My guilty pleasure is also cut flowers from the grocery. I love carnations because they last so long, smell heavenly & they were my mother's favorite. A suggestion for viewers, when I watch KZbin videos I always go into settings & increase playback speed which decreases the time required to watch. I absolutely love the smell of carnations. reminded me of going to the florist as a child with my grand father. my pleasure is strawberry shortcake when they are first in season. Buying a few new flower pots to split up my indoor flowers to give to someone else. and possibly go to Jungle Jim's for some Cannoli. I often freeze some Girls Scout shortbread cookies and put in a bottom of a bowl and put fresh strawberries on top. we have 3 wonderful museum's and great parks and an Arboretum in my town, and a Levi Coffin house, so I take my grandkids to visit and have a packed lunch at the highest point in Indiana, it is also close by.

Thank you for sharing the Essence make up, I will definitely give this make up a try. I live in Coeurd'alene,Idaho and I grow the blue delphinium, and they are cold tolerant, they have huge spikes and easy to grow. I am going to try to grow a tomato plant, I bought only one, hopefully it grows tomatoes, I also bought a nusturshum plant for a potted plant , and then I read that nusturshum is a companion plant for tomato plants. I am using weed killer on the weeds, next year I'm going to start early in March, I heard that if you start early enough they will permanently not grow back.What a good idea to use cardboard, to protect the flowers! Our 99cent store sells flowers for $5 bunch. The mini carnations last 2 weeks & they had yellow ones today! I call them bright moments. Trader Joe's is another favorite for unique treats. Love shortbread cookies!

Oh my Linda shortbread is one thing I love! StarBucks is another, Vanilla Latte Grande 11 pumps of vanilla with whip cream, Blue Bell homemade vanilla ice cream and white Edwardian blouses. I’m the worse for antique bergere chairs, in fact people love to say found another chair you know how bad you need one which I take badly I admit. So those are my weaknesses.. I have to say as usual you’re beautiful!
