I’m 47 and I am far from an elegant lady 😂 I was a ladette in the 90s and continued to be until a few years ago when I realised it didn’t fit me anymore. I wasn’t very feminine, I didn’t take brilliant care of my skin , and I dress extremely casually. Now I still am mostly casual but I make sure I am showered, hair clean and done , skincare done and nails clean and fresh ( obviously teeth brushed but I did that anyway 😂) and it has made a huge difference in my self confidence. Finding clothes that suit me and not going with trends etc, learning about make up for my 47 year old skin. And I have given up on gossip , judging others , and keeping up with the jones. I am on this path to level up myself and my family because we deserve it. I wish you well on your journey ❤

An important point is looking after your car's elegance and cleanliness as much as your closet and home's. Be honest : at this very minute, would you feeel confident taking any friend, date, boss, colleague, or family into your car ? Is it spotlessly clean ? The inside as immaculate as the outside ? Beware : a CEO I knew used to send some staff have a look at the intern's cars, or applicants' in the corporate car park. If the report was bad, it meant that the person was 1/ unorganized 2/ sloppy. A bad start ! And fancy your embarassment at being asked to urgently drive an important client to the airport while first having to rush brushing away crumbs, dirty tissues, food rests from the seat and watch their disgusted look ? An elegant lady must schedule regular car maintenance. Wouldn't you blush with shame if a nice gentleman caught a glimpse of your unhygienic "dump" ?
