THIS! I live in NYC and it seems to be getting worse. Everyday I struggle to maintain my femininity in a toxic, aggressive, masculine place. I have to be in my masculine to protect myself from the rude, mean hateful walking around. Women are becoming more vicious as I move through the world so their attacks have become more frequent. It's becoming difficult and making me depressed. I feel so unprotected

You know what's funny, I almost always end up talking with waitresses and waiters at restaurants and they generally talk back. We don't have full blown conversations but I've found that when you say thank you to them and you are nice, it supports good service. I love to sit down to eat at restaurants and I love timelessness. These are all great points.💖

Thank you for this video. I always have a problem allowing someone to pay for my meals after business outings. I usually have to forcefully and aggressively pay. I am not sure why I am uncomfortable with allowing others to pay. How do you feel this is viewed by the other party? I don't want to offend or be viewed in a negative light.
@zippyblessed8392 жыл бұрын
I cant do it I just split the bill
@pbjt2396 Жыл бұрын
I think it is perfectly ok if someone offers to pay for you, and you should gracefully accept if they do! In some instances, you might be weary because you may wonder whether there are ulterior motives involved. Worry not- if there are, and the person, for example, throws it in your face at a later time then you will see that ulterior motive in the future. It feels like someone paying for your meal is a harmless “weapon” if they choose to weaponize it, so I think using this logic will put your mind at ease. If you worry what will others think- well they will think that was nice of the person paying. If you want to be viewed in the same light, you can offer to pay for the next round. If they weaponize this in the future, just take solace knowing that that would be a ridiculous and ugly thing for someone to do to anyone, and no healthy, classy Individual would stand for that type of rudeness. Such a person would be evaluated for their crassness and likely left out of future social gatherings for their tacky mistreatment of others. I hope this helps!
@anapierce8204 Жыл бұрын
@@pbjt2396I would suggest to thank the person who treats you and send a card of thanks. Maybe next time, even if it is business, day it will be your treaty this time. From then on it will be easier for each to pay their own way and cause no more anxiety of who will pay. If someone treats for your birthday be very gracious with your thanks and do not refuse the great. You may do the same for them in the future. A card of thanks is not only elegant but good manners and a requirement in society, even among family members.
