Could I kindly ask the following - I have become aware of my limiting beliefs over money (money is evil, rich people are bad etc.) And that also has kept me not wanting to get better at managing money. Being aware is the first step. I do catch myself these days when I have those thoughts popping up, but, what's next is my question - how to take it one step further 😊

@@BasicallyPhysio yes being aware of this will help, also to think of it differently i.e. Do you want to be more successful and if so what does this look like for you?or What kind of life do you want to live when you're older? Write down the answers in a notebook. These questions will help frame how you want to live today and make you question how you want to spend your money now and perhaps be more considerate with your spending to achieve the life you want without guilt.
