My point is, because he doesn't do the flippy dippy BS and have 10 minute matches that dont have 400 fucking high spots, instead preferring to actual tell a constructed story through 'wrestling', he doesn't get the marks popping for him. Hear me out on this one: Shawn Michaels. Can you imagine his demons being slightly less rampant in 1998 alone? The issues with Bret might not have led to the Screwjob.
