I bought this watch new in 2013. I don't wear it a lot but I do like it. As a side note I go diving a few times a year and I have never seen anyone wearing a mechanical dive watch. All divers use an electronic dive computer.

I've been wearing this watch pretty much daily for the last 10 years. I still like it. I've gotten more expensive watches since then (Speedmaster, Grand Seiko Snowflake, etc) but I still wear this one the most because I'm not afraid to bang it up. But truthfully, it's not really banged up. I few scratches but nothing major.

I too am celebrating my 10th year of ownership with my wan2110 Tag! Great timepiece and I prefer this model over the newer. Nice recap sir!

I feel that this is an underrated watch, I've had mine for over 7 years and it is still going strong, even though I've beat the crap out of it. The power reserve is still a little over 40 hours, despite the spec saying it's only 38. To me this looks more elegant than the current one and will definitely continue to age better.

agree on the looks 100%, just curious how you feel the self-winding works? i feel like vs some of my other watches it needs a little help from winding the crown and not as sensitive to wind with just regular wearing

@@FrachelliTV If I wear it every day then I don't need to wind it manually (pre lockdown anyway), but I usually walk about 10,000 steps a day so maybe that helps?

@@FrachelliTV its a 2824 or similar and my experience (especially after rebuild ) he wind will be tight and very smooth almost unnoticeable and they take second on cold start. They are great movements. Don't let anyone tell you otherwise. I wore a wab2010 for years in labor jobs or even to weddings. +3 seconds. For its entirety.

I was considering to purchase this very model years ago, but in the end decided to go for the newer gen WAY211A because of the ceramic bezel. Very cool watch btw.

It will be much more interesting,if you would describe what happened with caliber 5(eta) during decade of using this watch.Just because the visual aspects of the aqua racer is so obvious.

Does yours have the stupid 21mm lug size? Just sucks for me bc it's I can't find the nato straps that I'd prefer to buy bc 21mm market is so limited

this one is 20mm, so it would wear a little loose in the lugs if your watch is 21, sorry!
