I lost my mom suddenly in 2016 - I often feel so overwhelmed at the loss, and all the many memories I won't be able to make with her (she was 60, and I was 29) - turning 30 without her, getting married without her. I found you when I was at my wits end. I had 2 year old triplets and the doctors thought I had MS. Turns out I didn’t have MS, but just had the symptoms because I was so overwhelmed and tired. Diane to the rescue! I started implementing the baby steps and now I dress my truth! Thank you thank you for all you’ve done for me and my family. I haven’t taken up ice swimming but I’ve started taking colder showers and my thyroid has started to improve. Yay for me! Much love Diane and I am so proud of you!🥳

Yes, stress can do all kinds of things to your body ... I also thought I had MS after my second child was born ... periods of paralysis, slurred speech, vision problems ... all due to STRESS ! ... took eight months for my doctor to say it was stress, not MS

Hello! I JUST found you, Dear Angel, four days ago as I was lying in bed with the flu! I was not "looking" for you (wink wink) but there you were, appearing at the top of my KZbin feed like a gift, so I clicked on the video: Stop Wasting Evenings-- and could not believe my ears and eyes. . . you were speaking to me! It was as though the clouds parted and for the first time, I could finally see a way forward. I showed it to my husband and told him I knew I had finally found the holy grail solution to the overwhelming stresses of daily living with a family and healing from chronic illness. He was ready to jump right in as well. I watched a bunch more of your videos and today, feeling better, guess what I just did? Yep, I shined my sink and did 3 things for a morning routine. You were my lifeline and you got me up off the sofa for the first time in a couple of years. It blossomed from there. You actually changed my life. I still continue to follow you, unless I have fallen down the rabbit hole again, but you always get me up, doing things. You motivate me so much that I have to be careful not to overdo things, as energy levels are low at the moment. Thank you for all your help, your positivity and cheeriness ❤😁
