The home has a kitchen and outdoor setup that will leave you speechless! I'm very grateful Tucker Construction allowed me tour this brand new house. This home has 4 bedrooms and 4.5 bathrooms and has roughly 4,700 sq ft heated and cooled(around 6,500 total sqft). Let me know what you think about the video! Also let me mention the price building estimates I gave are based on the heated & cooled sq ft. However like I mentioned these are only estimates and mainly just my opinion based on what homes are being built for in this area!

We have been in the mobile home business for years, and thought why not upload videos about something we can relate to and deal with every day.

This place has a whole lot of possibilities and I can think of a few. I really love the tub in the master bathroom. I really like that all the bedrooms have their own full size bathrooms and I love that all of the bedrooms have their own WICs. I really love that the fireplace is floor to ceiling and the built-in.

"That's why you need to be sitting down!" Your too funny Chance. This home is amazing, makes me excited to see my heavenly home that is awaiting me. That wood ceiling in the kitchen is sure beautiful. That huge fridge is wonderful also. I lost my refrigerator after only 2 and a half years it needed a part that isn't made anymore! Go figure, it was a big stainless steel one and I loved it. Now I had to downsize as they have gotten so expensive and paid $200 more and got only half the size! Nothing is made to last any more except for maybe a Sub Zero. When ever I happen to have $15,000. laying around that is. "I feel like that fly just wants to be on video!" There you go again with the funny remarks. Imagine a bathroom in every bedroom. I was kinda surprised that the master is so small but then if you count that giant master bath I guess that makes up for it.

Love all of your tours Chance! Beautiful home. I don't mind your opening kitchen cabinets but you need to open some of the lower ones. Especially in the higher end homes, a lot of them have the slide out shelves! Beautiful family also. 😊

It was indeed a nice home. Personally I would have white washed the brick less so some color showed through to blend with the foyer and I would have used the brick as a backsplash in the kitchen as well. That back patio and the butlers pantry are my favorite parts.

Nice, but kind of plain on exterior. Inside, just a bit much for me. Reminds me of something my Granny use to say, " Some folks have more money than sense." Give me a single floor Ranch style 1800 sq. ft. any day with a front & back porch, & I'd be happy.

The house is beautiful and the land it's situated on is amazing as well. Of i had to guess I'd say with the property and all the structures you're looking at about 3 million dollars at the bottom end. A year of property taxes would likely build most 3 bed 2 bath houses. Great video. Had to refill my coffee twice to get through all of it.

I love this house. The bedroom (2nd) with the aqua paint was such a lovely color. I love the kit chn, Butlers pantry and regular pantry. Those closets in the first three bedrrooms plus the baths are terrific. Plus those great colors. I don't see them much in the homes you usually tour. That upstairs is the perfect sewing studio!!! Thanks for showing this house. T hese folks sure love blue. I never understand how people can afford homes like this, but more power to them. I live in a house that has everything that I need, but I do like dreaming.

Not something I would want, but I did enjoy seeing this one. The tile in the first bathtub you showed was beautiful. I would have used something different in the two that were the same. That ended up being 5.5 bathrooms with the one upstairs. I would have bookshelves all around the big room upstairs, with probably a pool table in the front end and a seating area at the far end. That front room uostairs would be a good playroom for the kids, with a daybed that converted into a queen size for guests. I loved that outside area with the huge fireplace. It looked like it needed more of an overhang on the roof to keep the rain out of that area. Nice tour Chance. Thank you. p.s. That stove/ double oven are the stuff dreams are made of. 33:57

Speed Queen is usually what the washer and dryers are in Laundromats. For home use I highly recommend MAYTAG I'VE HAD MY MAYTAG SET since May of 2002 still going strong.

Dang, man. This would just about convince me to move to Tupelo, where my maternal family's from - that's one HELL of a house. We've got one upcoming in the spring, and man, it doesn't hold a candle, but maybe I can work on some of the cool things that it has, like that back porch...! The arch into the kitchen might be my favorite, but it kinda clashes with the vaulted ceiling. Unfortunate, for my own tastes, but dang it's cool. Love the gorgeous pantry.

Much more than I need, but I like it. No major changes, just some things that are not my taste. I'm tired of gold fixures. Some lighting is way too fancy for my tastes. I'd have the extra stove replaced with the microwave. I'd always wanted an island that is big like that one, but two levels...have a lower level where you would sit so you can use standard height dining chairs. Myself and friends have trouble sitting on high chairs, they hurt my legs and can be bad for your circulation.

Nice home, but don't like the painted brick exterior or the painted brick fireplace. Floors are beautiful, kitchen is nice but way overdone. What's with the microwave in the pantry? Should have been in the kitchen as the pantry wasn't a part of the kitchen. Cheap fixtures in the regular bathrooms, the vanities looked like they came from Lowes, plus who wants a cabinet over the toilet when there is so much square footage in the house to be able to put full sized cabinets in. Unless one has a huge family, there's too much space just because they could construct it. Not a fan.

This house looks almost exactly like a KZbin I watch. The colors a little different but the inside and outside are pretty much the same. She’s not in Mississippi but pretty close Oklahoma. Pretty house but probably too pricey. I love the land more. 😊 I don’t really like that none of the fixtures match and the layout is a little strange.

If you ever Went to a laundromat in the last 70 years. All the best ones have Speed Queens. Some will have Whirlpools and Maytags but the best ones have Speed Queens, and Anyone running a Laundromat and they don't have at least a few of the super huge Speed Queen Dryers then they're either startups or running themselves into the dirt. Speed Queens are Pricey but their Reliability is unparalleled, so seeing a sight built home like this without a Speed Queen means the folks buying the house are dumber than a box of rocks.

Absolutely beautiful i love this home wow just stunning. I will say i watched the whole tour and loved all the attention to detail the builders have. But then you go to the master bath and is it just me or did anyone else think… ummm ok all gold accents gold shifting elongated gated diamond tile, gold drawer pulls, gold accents in the lighting… and then crome on all the faucets even the tub and shower and then the closet doors mat black hardware??? I mean gorgeous bathroom it just really struck me as a detail i was not expecting.
