Thank you, I actually use it to get a few more in each set so I’ve gotten really good at 75%.. it’s so great.. but I’m still finding it challenging even after 4 weeks.. so it just means I’m working hard!? Anyways thank you for your reply cause it made a difference from feeling defeat to feeling I can do it! So thanks.

This video has become part of my routine, I typically complete this workout three times a week. It's an incredible conditioning tool, I've gotten my resting heart rate down to 50 bpm! This is a valorous and arduous workout but it's a bonafide endorphin booster. Happy holidays everybody, here's to a healthy and fruitful 2020. Thanks for the upload.

This is a beast workout. I probably completed 100 burpees about four times since this video release. The only "killer" now is Google ads half way through... From "killer work out" to work out killer.

I’ve been doing this with you for about three weeks now and it shows. I started with the crab walk at first. Now, I’m nearly able to keep up with you! I sometimes incorporate kettlebells for 15 seconds when I’m in the mood to do more than just burpees. Also, because my lung capacity improved so much, I can actually run on a treadmill for at least 17 minutes straight (that’s a miracle for me)! Thank you for making this video. I’m having a blast working out with you!

Nothing special dude. Just facts. A burpee includes a push up or it's much easier. It's like saying you can do 100 push ups and do half push ups.

Today: Warm up 100 jumping jacks, 30” rest Then 4x 100 series as you do, with the last 30 of the 400 all in a row. Clocked 42:08, from absolute smashed first time ever. Thanks, you’ve helped me achieving this.

I do a full chest down-to-ground burpees to get more of an upper body workout. A bit more challenging, but thanks for this video. Nice skyline of the city!

Awesome video man! I started doing burpees a few weeks ago and when I first started reps of 15 were killing my legs. Now I can do 100 burpees no pumps in under 5 minutes but they are tough! Thanks for the tips and motivation man!

So I did them but with a twist. So I did the first 3 round at your speed but for 4-7 I did at .75. It was at this point I realized I wasn’t jumping, 🤦🏽‍♂️. So round 8, did it the proper way at .75 speed. For round 9, I hopped down to a push up and came up into a jumping Jack holding 3lb weights to make up for the earlier rounds. Overall, I’m so surprised I didn’t quit. Body hurts. Feet hurt, thigh hurt, but I did it! Man, you have been working me and I see improvements already. Thank you! 💪🏽💪🏽💪🏽

Damn! 100 burpees at your pace has me sweating harder than a 45 minute spinclass. Thank you :) I can't do a full pushup without hurting my neck so I modify with squat jumps. Killer. 👊

I use a low gym bench to do these (and either shoeshine or add something in on the breaks to keep the intensity high) I have chronic achilles tendonitis, because I'm not jumping back as much it puts less pressure on my AT but I can still get a great workout from this. Modify don't quit :)

I’ve been so down with this pandemic never ending, and I had COVID a month ago and I was just feeling so weak as Ive barely been doing some yoga and stretching for the last 10 months and nothing else and I felt like I lost all my strength. But I did all 10 of these and I burst into tears at the end and I can’t stop crying. I feel so grateful for my body, I should believe in myself more

how did that go for you? Last year I challenged myself to train burpees (push up included) 100 in under 8 minutes 30 and after so many tries I completed it in 8 minutes and 7 seconds. How did you keep motivated for a full month?

One of those very few exercises where you stop not because of muscular exhaustion but because of cardio-vascular exhaustion, lack of air. So it's really huge for training endurance, way better then running.

I've tried this before and managed to do around 60 in the time. Been back at the gym since it reopened, doing aerobic and lightish weights and today I watched video again and did five sets of 6 or 7 reps alternated with 5 sets of a squat and a punch as I come up which is easier than the burpee! Knackered... but at 68 I don't think that's bad. Brilliant music and a great motivator. Thanks Precision. PS Maybe I should think about slowing the video down.

Andrew Morisseau Try this workout next time in the boxing gym...... 2 Rds Shadow Boxing 3 Rds sparring or pad work 2 Rds Heavy bag 3 Rds Speed Bag 2 Rds Jump Rope 2 Rds Burpees Or you could just say forget the 2 Rds Jump rope and do just 2 Rds burpees and then 2 Rds core work

Fist session of 100 burpees no jumps took me 20-25 min 600 burpees (6days) later I can do 100 in 11 min still no jumps I will be adding the jumps in about 4 more sessions 💪

Thats great improvements! Just a little jump, feet leaves ground. no need to jump so high

I’ve been doing these four step burpee’s for about a year now,it’s a big part of my conditioning. I’ve been told that I need to add a push up,because from someone else’s point of view I’m not doing the so called real burpee🙄 By adding the push-up it becomes a five step burpee, and by adding a jump at the end it becomes a six step burpee. For me personally doing the four step burpee helps me more with my conditioning,than doing them with a push-up. As always your time and effort is appreciated. Peace ✌🏽 bro

Just did day 2! 😁 finished at 12:25 noon. Coming here and recording my workout and my time will be my reward haha 😆 I aim to get these done earlier in my day, and my plan is to use this video to condition me for a week. After the week I’ll move into doing burpees with push-ups and replacing the jump with abs and glute contraction~ thanks for the great video!

Finished day 4 at 9:20 AM! I’m getting up earlier, starting early, and I’m getting faster! Noti know why ppl are so addicted to tracking their stuff- it’s fun and it works 😆 So cool. I’m also tracking my starting bpm and ending bpm- my start today was 75 bpm, ended at 148 bpm (which is also already getting lower than yesterday~). I drink electrolytes and have some protein yogurt with banana to fuel up before~ preps me well for the workout. feeling great~

Finished day 5 a lot later today at 7:18 pm (had a slow Saturday 😆). Forgot to track starting heart rate, ending heart rate was 154 (I pushed a little harder at the end to finish faster 😆). I’m looking forward to adding the push ups, but maybe I’ll go continuous before adding push ups..

Finished day 6! Almost quit today cuz it’s a Sunday, but I got it in at 10:23 pm 😂 I did a few sets of 20 and finished the 100 burpees with more than 3 minutes left on the timer~ not fully continuous yet, but getting there~ 💪

For those who are criticising, the original exercise was created by Dr R. H Burpee and does NOT include a push up. I choose to add a push up for my own goals but always fact check before commenting 👍🏻
