I have been giving myself the 100 burpees challenge, six days a week for the past 1.5 months. They are game changers.

This 10 of 10 is amazing. I finally was able to reduce the time it took me to do 100 burpees from 13 minutes to 9 minutes and 42 seconds.

That's great, I remember JT saying while he was competing the aim was to do 100 in five minutes. That's what I am aiming for. Not yet there..😀

Feels even better with your live voice to follow along😀. Did the workout. First 30 with push ups. After that it got too hard😭

Coach you're a BEAST I died at the 36th full burpee. I definitely need to come back to this workout and train for more burpee stamina 😅😂

Hy Jt ! I incorporated this workout, with one of your 15 min shadow boxing workout and the end I did some isometric stance exercises and stretches, the result is 2 days blackout 😁, incredible tough are these exercises. thank you the motivation in this hard times. Peace from Transylvania

Cardio killer! I'm 64 and impressed myself recently when I managed 100 in under 7 minutes. The 10 EMOTM is a great protocol. But my tip for anyone a bit scared of burpees, is Just Do Them..single sets of 5 or 10 throughout the day..get used to the movement - vary...do them fast and slow - then you'll soon become much more proficient (and maybe even start looking forward to your daily burpees!)

Unfortunatly it takes ma about 50 seconds to do 10 burpees.

Yeah the standards have changed. The original burpee had neither of these.

i remember when i used to wrestle for punishment we did like 300+ burpees nonstop

You'll get there, you can do them without the push up to start.

I’m so annoyed, I’ve been coming back to this video and doing it but I can’t get past 90. As soon as the last set starts my body drops and can’t do the push ups anymore.

I know what you mean. Take a week or two to focus more on push-ups, then come back and build up here again. Push-ups seem to be the bottleneck.

I finally finished this!!! I always gassed out on the 8th or 9th set cause my cardio wasn’t strong enough but I kept pushing and finally did all 10! Without long breaks in between. Feels so damn good.

It depends on your fitness level, but I'd say 3 times a week is good.

After the 1st min I thought ok I can do this in 10 reps intervals.... By the 2nd I was like.... Send help!!! But! I survived 👍
