Nice video this, the medicine ball is a great way to work out because it's not your normal workout everyday routine, the exercises you do with both the dead ball and the wall ball is a lot of fun I give my students a variety of exercises to get them in top shape, many of them have lost the pounds and have really toned up.

Awesome! Yes, I have a client who is very fit but still experiences neck strain on the crunches but finds the pullovers and V-sits really effective.

Muscle and Mat I went to two chiropractors that both said my c spine is lacking proper curvature due to a prev auto accident hence the strain. Thank you for sharing as well as the thorough explanations.

what is a good ball weight to start with?

A 6 lb ball is a good weight for most, but if you're brand new to fitness, 2-4 lbs is recommended, and if you work out regularly, then 8-10 lbs.
