I have tried a lot of things but my constipation is not getting better. I have also tried changing my diet and I am also doing regular workouts. Still there is no relief in constipation. Please suggest me something to deal with this.

@@SrishtiVijayA-B add triphla to your diet like I suggested in this video. Take no raw food after 5 PM like salads. Eat food by 7 PM last meal and walk post every meal. Water intake 2 L atleast Don’t do these things roughly, track them properly and you will definitely see results.

i have two questions first can i have tea in weight loose secend jyada pani pine baar baar urine aata hai and agar garam pani piti hu morning main to mujhe constipation ho jata hai

@@goodmoodwithbabies5541 1. Yes you can have tea in Weightloss. Try to have it between breakfast & lunch, don’t pair between meals & no tea empty stomach. 2. Garam pani se constipation nahi hota, try to revise what food & at what timings you are eating. It really matters.
