You're right to avoid the CE Shop. That's the one I used. I had to pay for practice tests elsewhere outside the course and it still took me 5 attempts before I passed the Washington State portion of the exam.

But I’m still a young 62 year old and have always been interested in getting my license. In Quebec, Canada, we have a pretty extensive program for real estate brokers. I finish the program next Friday after 7 months of full time studies (9AM-4PM, 5 days a week) and just signed with the agency I will be working with. I'm so hyped and I can't wait to get my licensing exam done (likely only in November or possibly even December due to the annoying conditions that our Order places on licensing exams).

I saw your first video long ago and had always wanted to be a Real Estate Agent. I did real estate express but they have renamed. There practice tests which is an extra cost (completely worth it) helped me pass!!! I want to actually start using my license. Perhaps this series will motivate me to reach out and start networking.
