"Hindu squat" is easier rhythmic version of squat... Now hold on, its designed easy to do, because you are suppose to do 500-700 range minimum. and you should use your hand motion for your benefit. YOU SHOULD NOT BE RESTRICTIVE WITH TEXT BOOK FORMAT. its not resistance work out, its cardio. if possible use a metronome.
