Gari reminds me of farofa in Brasil. My favorite jollof is Ghanaian because of the jasmine rice and the rosemary. Ghanaian and the food from northeast Brasil is very similar. David if you’re ever in the state of Bahia, you will find that Salvador da Bahia uses palm oil as much as Ghana and Nigeria. They call it dende’. Hope to meet you someday bro! Great vids👍🏽
