yo tambien voy a retomar mi entrenamiento luego de la pandemia, lo deje por tiempo pero la verdad es que recordar la sensacion de hormigueo en el cuerpo mientras sacas fuerzas de la nada para seguir luchando es increible

it's deceiving, but they're also hitting with their shins so there's a solid hit on those leg kicks. Also, this was edited so I'm guessing even the opponents have bruises on them, too. They have to go 100 matches, so even the rotation is tiring & hard in a sense.

these are black belts of the style. they won't mess around, especially if it's part of an honored tradition. but even if you take out that part & think about it in a literal sense, 100 fights in a day, even at 10-30% contact, will break you. Also, "acting" 100 fights without someone hitting & getting hit at the "wrong" spot is literally impossible due to numerous factors, mainly 'human.'
