This is the final build week.
So many questions running through my mind...did I run enough miles, did I run enough times, did I train enough, did I prepare enough. Well, we are going to find out very quickly. The Wyoming Range 100 race averages above 8,500' elevation maxing out at 11,378'. 102 miles with 24,000' of elevation gain. This race is not joke and there are so many unknowns. But, on the other hand I picked this race because it goes right through where I lived as a kid and this area means so much to me. I hope to get more into that story race day while I'm out in the middle of nowhere with no one to talk to.
Next week is taper week, then it's race week. Here. We. Go.
