@@AnthonyMcqueen1987 TRP = Total Running Productions. They're completely different types of content. With Sweat Elite, you get up close and personal with elite runners and triathlete. You see their training first hand. It great 👍 With TRP, you get more videos, often on 'popular' running content. Videos comprised of stock footage and short clips of races, all with narration over it. The trp format is much more like what you'd expect from a popular KZbin channel (short clips, narration, graphics, like/subscribe/notification, "what do you think? Leave your prediction below!" type stuff. I'd say trp is for normal people, and maybe runners who need to get caught up quickly with a race they missed. Sweat Elite goes much deeper than that. Plus, they aren't tied in to only running... They have some triathlon stuff and could do cycling if they wanted. I know which channel I prefer!

Curious about the physiological science behind the superheated commute... Does acclimation really improve by doing that? It sounds like a high risk activity for some runners - kind of a "don't try this at home" deal.
