You should make a vanilla ice cream soap if you havent already. Like, the whole bottom part uses vanilla fragrence oil that turns it a deep brown and it has some exfoliators in it, and the high top is slightly off-white with little flecks in it that look like vanilla beans! And then for decorations on top it would have a soap vanilla flower and bean pod

Please do more natural soaps! I have ridiculously sensitive skin and always react to synthetic fragrance. I purchased some soap from the january release and I can't really use it, but I have cute hand soap by all of my sinks. :) I would love a colloidal oatmeal soap!
@escapee8598

i don't know anything about your skin, but just wanted to give heads up that essential oils, especially lavender, can be as irritating as synthetic fragrance (if you didn't know that already). so if you have sensitive skin, be careful anyways. natural does not equal good, synthetic does not equal bad. it's all about trial and error and good deep research backed by scientific facts.
@tattooedwhitetrash

@marisu9765

She has made mermaid soap using the spoon texture technique before and pretty recently actually... Search for 'Mermaid Soap with Textured Mica Lines | #12DaysofSoapmas' However, she used it to make it look like choppy ocean waves on that soap, not scales. I do agree it could easily form a scale appearance. It could also be used to make a soap themed after any scaly reptile or any habitat with scaly reptiles. In particular, I think turtles or snakes could make a beautiful soap theme.

Ophelia’s Soapery Definitely allergies. My daughter is allergic to tree nuts especially almonds, and oak, hickory, birch, ... trees as well so I’ve been unable to get her soaps bc of the sweet almond oil. That is, until this one! And plzzz make more without the almond in the future too if possible Katie.. 🙂

@@LbEternity For your daughters safety I still wouldn't buy this soap. I'm not trying to call out Katie or anything but; this batch seems to be made in the same containers, and could've cross contaminated them.

regarding pronunciation- i read a fantastic quote somewhere that went something like "if someone mispronounces a word, it is because they learned it by reading." that stuck with me and is still powerful bc personal knowledge gains through literature should be celebrated!

Not to throw shade, but your definition is not “picky”. Actually, everything fits in your definition. “From nature or extracted from something from nature” Even plastic can be fit this definition: plastic is extracted from earth oils, wich occur naturally. In the end, everything comes from nature. Again, I’m not trying to throw shade or anything, I just wanted to draw attention to how hard it is, to find a definition for natural.

Normally don't comment but i just had to katie. Lol. I have experienced both of the ailments from you question. Ageusia, is what loosing your sense of taste is called and it is absolute hell! We dont realize how much we rely on taste to release certain chemicals in your brain. Loosing your sense of taste can swing you into a very deep depression. Im very glad to say that after 8 months living like that i finally got it back.On the other hand, my father is color blind and i was when i was younger, i magically grew out of it, and i think it has enhanced my understanding of color and how to manipulate the eye with it. Lol. Handy when your an artist! Www.mountainmorningart.com! Anyway, I LOVE your vids even tho i dont make soap. LoL. You make me want to try. Bless you and your family you gorgeous goddess!!!
