Seafood diet. I see food, I eat it. 😂 that’s me. I had to stop stocking my pantry with bad foods and snacks, swapped for “boring healthy” stuff. But since those were the only choices to graze on, it’s not so bad, and got used to it, it helps! Keep it up 💪

@Vixologic

Yeah of course hehe. When your body is used to a high amount of fats and sodium, that’s what it will keep wanting. That pack of crisps, chocolate bar, maccy ds drive thru... It’s all about self control, tweak your options, control cravings, and honestly it does gets easier. I don’t advise strict diets, one day waking up and deciding your onto salads, chicken breasts, boiled eggs and calorie counting. Change things slowly when you are ready to. Overtime your body and mind will adapt to new habits and becomes part of life :)

Keto, intermittent fasting, (still count calories while counting carbs, especially omad will shed weight fast. Do that during this challenge and add in an hour walk and shedding weight will be quite easy with some will power. To do keto means to ditch sugar which is quite hard. Just curious here….but wouldn’t every other day be better for muscle growth??? Such a grey area is calisthenics. Experts run a mile when you ask them. Why weights every other day but body weight is fine everyday??? I dont get it?? Especially when the body is a HEAVY one like this dude here. His body is clearly heavy when doing a pushup. So thats like a bench press??? But we wouldnt dream of doing bench presses everyday would we???

I know it was the challenge to do it every day but if you were hypothetically looking for results doing it at most 5 days a week would allow for your body to heal a little. Also keeping a consistent diet is imortant and the best way to keep it consistent is just worrying about calories at first and then start incorporating healthy foods when you get more used to eating at a deficit.

It did make a difference, weight is the worst metric to track body changes. Check inches, hips, belly button, chest at the nips, arms mid bicep. Plus you gained muscle, which uses more energy than fat. And if you didn't drink a lot of water, your liver won't be able to turn your fat into cO2 efficiently. (most fat leaves the body when you exhale, believe it or not). Hit 300 of each a day, then start doing max reps in the amount of times 300 reps took. If you eat a modest amount of sugar and grain you'll drop 20 lbs of fat in 6 months easy, and probably gain 5-7 lbs of muscle, you'll look super different. Buy new clothes different. Keep going cookie.

Once you plateau with push up, dont start at the plank position and lower. Lie flat and press of the floor the lower lie flat and repeat

Well done for sticking at it, really enjoyed the Vid....shame you stopped at 30 days. If you were doing sets of 10 yes I agree it gets too easy, I think you should have up'd the reps as the weeks went on, do 30 or 40 press ups and sit ups on your first set, i.e. to failure on the press-ups, then do the same number or reps for the squats and sit ups. I am 2 weeks into this and doing 1x30, 1x25, 1x20 1x15, 1x10, and aiming to do it in less than 20 minutes.......may have to throw in 100 burpees as well each day 😱 or a run ......
