I'm glad to see full range of motion. I was watching another video of a guy doing situps, but stopping halfway down and he didn't have much results. Anothed way is of you do situps without your feet being "held" you'll activate even more core because your having to stabilize your feet. And if you incorporate pushups, you'll see even greater results! Pushups and situps are an amazing combo because you're stabilizing your core while doing pushups. Having said all that, this is a great video, keep up the great work and thanks for sharing your experience.

@ Simple Man.. did you start off with 100 situps in one go? I can do 15 to 20.. then need a break. Before my next round of 20. New to this. Any recommendations?

He said it was a challenge to do 25 in a row day 1 by day 30 did 100 no problem.

But hell yeah man just do what you can lil at a time hit 100 in the day. Doing lil bit a time better than none at all just make.sure you feel the burn/pain otherwise aren't working hard enough

Also focus on the low carb part. You show abs from diet mostly rather than exercise. Low carbs causes you to drop water weight fast big reason he dropped a lot of weight fast apart from working out

This is late but you can do 1 rep, rest, and do the other reps after resting between each.
