Charcoal Toothpaste is very Very bad. It damages your tooth enamel. The product is way too abrasive. Oil pulling isn't much better. It's sheer quackery. Some of that oil can be left behind those hard to get to places in your teeth and gums and cause decay. If you have to rinse or swish with anything other than mouthwash, then the alternative is a teaspoon of salt in warm water for 20-30 seconds. And my problem up until recently was over flossing. I use to floss 3 times a day and was told my my dentist that's a definite no No. Flossing more than once a day can lead to gum damage and Gingivitis ( I'm still trying to get use to flossing once a day. And not to be so OCD about it) 👄
