This was a nice routine. I burned 575 calories. That being said, I really don't like when fitness influencers put up calorie burns on their workouts that are totally unattainable. I don't think anyone has ever burned 1,000 calories on this workout.

Actually after you finish the workout you can still burn more and more calories that's the magic of hiit... so during workout you just burn about 500 calories (depends) and just after you finish the workout and when you are in rest mode at that time calories still continues to burn like hell...😂😂

Since no machine can really tell you what you burnt actually, you're probably mistaken too. It serves as a guideline, as she writes. For my part, I consider that the 200/300-cal-workouts are "light", 400/500 intense and beyond 500, hard. We should all stop counting everything and focus on wellness and long-term effects.

@naughtylittlegirl6472 Yeah a lot of the people complaining about the lack of calories burned don't understand that its majorly reliant on how much you work yourself for each exercise. That and calorie tracking watches aren't 100% accurate either and body weight/metabolism play huge roles too. Generally, 75 minutes of HIIT with VIGOROUS effort (which I assume most people aren't doing, likely moderate effort for a lot of them) is predicted to burn about 1006 calories by most sources.

Your workouts are perfect. Until now I did just 40 and 60 minutes different sessions but apparently my condition is now much better so I no longer burn 600 calories from 40 nor 700 calories from 60 minutes workout as I did before. Now its like 380 calories from 40 minutes session and 480-500 from 60 minutes session. I am also no longer so sweaty as I was when I've begun. So I think 75 minutes sessions are now needed in order to burn more calories. My weight was at the beginning 86 kgs then it dropped down to 79 kgs I've had 2 months ago since I've burned all excesive fat, and now I gained at 80.5 - 81 kgs probably thanks to stronger abs and other muscles. I feel much better, I have more endurance so yeah. Thank you!

Late reply but as your body gets conditioned to the exercise, try to put more intentional effort into each exercise. So instead of just focusing on getting through the workout for whatever period of time, try and push yourself the extra mile on each workout. Sort of like how when you lift weights and get stronger, you add more weight to achieve the same stress!

Tried two new workouts today. Biggest change was doing this 75 minute long video (I improvised standing exercises for each of the floor ones). Still, it makes a pretty big difference on the heart rate. Normally I do 4 (30 min) videos including the cool down stretching part at the end of each video, didn’t realize how nice that little break is lol. I also did two additional 30 minute videos since my goal is always a two hour workout session. My heart rate hung out at 134 - 143 for over 30 minutes, that’s a good range for my age bracket, (62), the highest I hit was 162bpm for a brief period. Not sure I’ll do this every time but it is a good go to 😉 Burned a total of 1,029 calories. Thank you Eleni ❤️ 🤗

As a man, I tend to do strength training. Your training is a good change. Other muscle groups are used that are usually in the background. The order of the exercises is also well chosen so that similar muscle groups are loaded in different ways. the workout made me sweat a lot, I couldn't do one exercise at all. the cool down made me feel very inflexible. I do my best to improve it. great work keep it up

I really love your exercises.I feel more energy and mood for whole day. My only concern areas are hips,thighs and belly when I do exercises I loose more upper body.please can u do more hips and thighs exercise videos🙏🏻 I have to loose only 6 pounds but in my body I see more bulkiness towards hips and thighs please post video to these targeted areas

Sadece 478 calori yaktım referans olması açısından 158 boy 48 kiloyum. Bu kadar uzun süreye bu kadar kalori bana az geldi tek güzel yanı hareketlerde tekrara düşülmediği için zevkli ve zaman çabuk geçiyor ☺️yinede teşekkürler

I wanted a 60 min workout then saw this 75 min! Burned 560 calories, 3100 steps - thank goodness for the ab exercises! I am 54 yrs old and your workouts help with mobility versus machine cardio. It was just right; thank you so much for the music and variety of exercises - I don’t get bored.
