I loved this routine, really varied and kept me focused for the full hour. Am 62 so the reverse burpee unfortunately had to be substituted with a traditional burpee but the rest was a good workout

I set my workout mode to mixed cardio and completed the entire workout, total calories burnt is 511, even tho it’s not close to 800, I felt refreshing and energetic afterwards💦 💦 💦😊 Please do more 60 minutes full body videos!!!

I enjoyed trying this as something new. This workout wasn't personally challenging enough for me, and I added some variations to make things tougher. I burned around 600 calories, I'd usually burn 700+ in an hour (Polar Sense 10)

@@imanemaataoui4804 I'd suggest purchasing a chest strap heart rate monitor. When connected to an app on your phone, it will be able to track your heart rate whilst you work out and approximate the calories burned. I use a Polar H10 chest strap heart rate monitor

I really enjoyed this workout-the variety of positions makes it interesting! i wonder if there is a way to concentrate the floor portions so that there there are several floor positions then standing for a while, etc. instead of going up, down, up down. Nice workout. I was not able to do all the exercises but still I sweated a lot. Your workouts are great. I’ll suggest that you can first either do all the standing exercises then followed by those mix of stand and floor exercises and then by floor exercises or you can do the reverse (I.e floor exercises, floor and stand exercises and then stand exercises) Sometimes I needed that extra motivation to stand after floor exercises

I did this! Works amazing! I split it up into 20 minutes. So I would do 20 minutes of it at a time. Then I would take a break then get back to it!

30 Day Challenge! Coming off a previous 30 day challenge and found that I was no longer feeling the burn so decided to take the intensity up a bit. I will do this everyday for 30 days and will log my results, including how I feel. Note: I don’t usually weigh myself instead I tend to go by my outfits (specifically my jeans because I think it gives a more accurate representation that accounts for muscle mass, toning etc.) ☑️ Day 1 - this was HELL. I was sweating so much that it was going into my eyes. Had to take a 2 minute break around the 30 minute mark to wash my eyes. Made all my previous workouts seem like child’s play. ☑️ Day 2 - had a bit of soreness in my shoulders last night don’t know if it is from yesterday’s workout or because I slept really bad. Still a bit challenging the second time around but since I already knew what to expect I paced myself a lot better. By the 40 minute mark my legs felt like jelly and I could barely hold myself up. ☑️ Day 3 - still really difficult but I’m enjoying the burn 🙂 ☑️ Day 4 - probably the hardest day. It’s always hard to get up and workout on a Sunday but I decided to just start. The joy I felt when that last song started playing and I knew I was three exercises away from being done 🥵 ☑️ Day 5 - 🥵🥵🥵. IT’S NOT GETTING ANY EASIER! ☑️ Day 6 - I can feel my tolerance getting better with each day of working out. First day where I wasn’t dripping with sweat ☑️ Day 7 - One week complete! ☑️ Day 8 - Went down about half a pants size 🥳 ☑️ Day 9 ☑️ Day 10 - I really do hate working out on Sundays 😞. But I did it anyways 🥵 ☑️ Day 11 ☑️ Day 12 ☑️ Day 13 ☑️ Day 14 ☑️ Day 15 ☑️ Day 16 ☑️ Day 17 ☑️ Day 18 ☑️ Day 19 ☑️ Day 20 ☑️ Day 21 ☑️ Day 22 - I’ve dropped about a pants size and a half ☑️ Day 23 ☑️ Day 24 ☑️ Day 25 ☑️ Day 26 ☑️ Day 27 ☑️ Day 28 ☑️ Day 29 ☑️ Day 30 Ok now that I’m finished with this challenge, I can happily report that I’ve lost weight (or at least lost fat). I had clothes that I had trouble fitting into during the heights of the pandemic and they fit again. In terms of calories burnt, it all depends on the person. I found that I burnt in the ballpark of 450-650 calories. Now onto another @Eleni Fit video 🙂

@@sophiastauffer8765 for the first three days my Apple Watch said I burned somewhere in the range of 690-770 calories. And for the other days it had me at 550-610. Not sure how accurate the watch is but I will say I feel my tolerance building as today wasn’t as difficult. (Also I tend to start off with a light workout beforehand to prepare for this workout so that might also affect my calories burnt)

I just finished this workout, it got me tired and I left a pool of sweat in the garage😂. I almost quit half way but i motivation myself to finish the whole thing. I don’t have a apple watch but I estimate about 500 cals lost since i did paused for water break and catching my breathe. I’m a little overweight(165) for 13 5’10 so i tryin’ get in shape. I did this workout on a empty stomach and green tea. I don’t recommend since it could be bad and shut down your body. Also doing this workout with a calorie deficit but it finna be hard since my family like to cook a lot and go out to eat. I update ya’ll if i do continue the workout sessions. I also thinking about buying a treadmill, a mat and some weights with my money.

Hey, are u still doing this workout?? Hope u achieve ur desired body type Avoid fried eggs and instead eat boiled eggs, drink hot water atleast twice a day, in the morning and in the evening! Try to take oatmeal without sugar, Consume fruits and vegetables at large, also try fasting by changing the time u take ur meals, for example , u can take ur breakfast at 7am and take ur lunch at 2pm or 3pm then take ur last meal at around 9pm to 10pm I will also advice u to stop consuming alot of sugar stuffs like chocolates, cakes etc, u can use in minimal amounts, also try to take coffee with no sugar or milk but lemon juice once in a day and drink enough water instead of juices peps etc, I really wish u all the best in ur weight loss 🙂🙂😊🤗🤗

@@sylviah9666 thank you, i lowkey lost the motive so i stop for awhile but i did start fasting. I ate breakfast first and then i skip school lunch and eat another meal when it become 5 pm. I started to drink a lot of water and consuming less calories and sugar. I’m skinny fat so I’m not really stressing over my weight. Thank you for the advice!
