Brian, I have had NO PROBLEM getting my 10k steps a day since I found your workouts! I have exceeded 10k steps for 78 consecutive days! 😃 Did this workout this morning and I have 14k steps and it is not even 10:00 AM here yet! I cannot do much high impact so I used my rebounder for some of the running. THANK YOU COACH BRIAN! You're the BEST!!! 💕

@@shwetaagrawal6075 I have a fit bit, but you can also your phone as long as you have it on your body while you exercise. Though ultimately to see long term results, I would advise incorporating regular work outs 👍 Kind regards

Great workout! I’ve burnt 742 kcal. I’m a mummy, guess males probably could burn up to 1000 kcal tho. Not completely knee-friendly and very intense! After all non-stop jogging may give knees a bit pressure, but I made it, yay🎉 my suggestion is to do another lower body deep stretch which may help the next day’s muscle soreness!

Saw this video this morning and thought oh hell no, they went ahead and did it. 6 miles on my Nike App, while playing music on my headphones. I LOVED IT!!! one of the best I have done with Brian, double thumbs up. I had my banana after though, I was trying to catch my breath during the workout.
