Brian, I have had NO PROBLEM getting my 10k steps a day since I found your workouts! I have exceeded 10k steps for 78 consecutive days! 😃 Did this workout this morning and I have 14k steps and it is not even 10:00 AM here yet! I cannot do much high impact so I used my rebounder for some of the running. THANK YOU COACH BRIAN! You're the BEST!!! 💕

91 actual mins - 153 zone minutes - 9,920 steps - 3 mins peak, 65 mins vigorous, 22 mins moderate, 1 mins light - average heart rate 131 bpm - 750 Calories - I do these workouts BEFORE I turn my Meta Quest 3 on for my fitness apps...LOVE THESE WORKOUTS!

Wow! You weren't kidding when you mentioned that it is a "Killer Cardio Workout". This kicked my butt! 11,825 steps; 10km; 816 calories; 141 bpm average on my fitbit versa 3. Thanks Brian! Love this workout❤

How did you calculate? Do you have fit band? Please help does it actually burn 1000 calories or they just attract it by mentioning it.

@@shwetaagrawal6075 I have a fit bit, but you can also your phone as long as you have it on your body while you exercise. Though ultimately to see long term results, I would advise incorporating regular work outs 👍 Kind regards

Lol never saw a workout done on KZbin where someone was eating and doing a workout at the same time. Gives new meaning to the term eat and run🍌🏃‍♀️🏃‍♂️ Making sure you get that potassium in there so there aren't any cramps and muscle aches. Great idea! 👍

I did the whole workout 🏋️‍♀️ and boy was I exhausted the whole day. Had to take a rest day the following day. Awesome workout and I’ll definitely be doing it again.

Great workout! I’ve burnt 742 kcal. I’m a mummy, guess males probably could burn up to 1000 kcal tho. Not completely knee-friendly and very intense! After all non-stop jogging may give knees a bit pressure, but I made it, yay🎉 my suggestion is to do another lower body deep stretch which may help the next day’s muscle soreness!

Saw this video this morning and thought oh hell no, they went ahead and did it. 6 miles on my Nike App, while playing music on my headphones. I LOVED IT!!! one of the best I have done with Brian, double thumbs up. I had my banana after though, I was trying to catch my breath during the workout.

Just added this to my monthly workout playlist. I have several of your workouts that rotate throughout the weeks. I really love the one with the hand weights as I’m getting some cardio and strength in at the same time. I must say my arms & back are looking more and more sculpted.
