How did I NOT about you two?!? As a person with endometriosis, sciatica, a messed up knee and other chronic pain conditions I have a hard time exercising. I can't get down on the floor and I can't jump around so I haven't exercised in more than 10 years. I found your channel by accident and I LOVE IT!! This routine is just what I need and I plan to do it 2 to 3x a day until I can build up my stamina and ability to do other exercises. Thank you for sharing your time, energy, and skills. It's very much appreciated.

Me too! I also do Bigan Yoga which is another low impact exercise. Just search for that on YT to add that to your repertoire of exercises. I've gotten stronger, fitter and slimmer combining Juice & Toya with Bigan Yoga workouts. Best wishes!

Yes please more like these I did break a sweat but being a woman that just turned 52 and in the process of losing weight and experience a lot of body aches but doing great and thankful for movement, more like these would definitely benefit me. Just got clearance after 3 serious surgeries, 2 years physical therapy, I got the ok to freedom, freedom in any form of exercise I can do… I just found you guys and this is the first one.. love you guys

I love it! You guys are so good. tHank you for the low impact since I'm a senior, partialy blind but I want to keep working out as I was doing for years. I like to have a variety in my workouts until I complete my one hr of workouts that I set aside for it. Thank you so much; pretty couple.congratulations for your baby. Lots of love and light.

I loved this and would like to see more. Great length for those days when you just want to get a little bit active. You can also work as hard as you want and I definitely got a sweat up.

I suffer from vertigo and can't do regular yoga, and even regular stretching movements can trigger it (like for warmups). so excited to try this!

Great workout! In answer to if we would want you guys to do more like this; an enthusiastic yes! I also like it was all standing. Not that I can't get on the floor🤐😁, but sometimes I just want to change it up so there's a variety according to the mood. Either way, thanks for all you two do for us! 👍🏽

Love this workout thanks! I've liked and subscribed! Update: I now do this workout at least once a day! brilliant for getting my steps up, if I do it twice over it takes me to 3000 steps which is nearly half my steps target which is 8,000.

Exactly what I needed, repeated it straight away for a half hour workout, the exercises and timings were great and low impact too. Perfect for the hotel room too👍😎

I love it i watch some of your other videos but this is perfect for when I’m feeling sick or have knee pain or just want something to start the day off right! Would love a longer version of it. So far I’ve lost 65 pounds watching you two!
