I only had 40 minutes to workout, and this was AMAZING. I burned 350 calories in 40 mins.(I am 5"5 and 122 lbs). Will definitely do the entire hour next time. GREAT for a big calorie burn and entertaining moves!

Omg! I 💕 your long videos! I usually do about 3 of your 20 minute ones but long ones like this keeps me to just one. Your workouts have helped me lose so much weight in the past month and half because they keep me moving without over stressing my body. I play my own music in the background (135-140 bps workout playlists) and use your workout as a guide to transition my movements. I pretty much do your workouts exclusively lately. Taking a break from Crossfit due to a back/knee injury. Was able to do the entire video without any pain. After the first 7min thought the hour would take forever. But after that it went pretty fast. Results comment. So, I have 1,5 steps space (really). But I did this workout fully. I didn’t stop. So don’t be lazy. 10 June - 59.5 kg. Burnt 529 kcal (🔥) 11 June - 59 kg 😲 12,13,14 June - I hurt my arms and back, but still I was doing lightly this workout burning 250-350 kcal. 59.2 kg 15 June - 527 kcal I don’t think that I’m gonna do it every day, but I’ll update every day of workout.
