It's ok to eat rice but you should eat it in less quantity but you have to quit junk food and sweets that's compoulsoury

I have burned almost 4kilos in 3 weeks by doing this exercise regularly and I also eat junk food one time. And don't look out the comment just do this exercise sincerely and you will see the results ..!! GOOD LUCK!!!!😊👍🏻

It's good to do it just 3/4 days a week rather than everyday. You could do something else on the remaining days

Its depends on your body type and weight ,like i hv a high insulin level thats why i hvto reduce my weight after 2 weeks i started loosing my weight, i only can say that eat healthy, be happy and positive and told your self that you can do it ,your willpower will help you to achieve your goal, All the best ❤️❤️❤️❤️

sorry to ruin your live but I made some calculations, and it seems like this workout only loses you 350 calories. If you look closer you can see that the calorie count even runs in resttime. Wich means that robertas gym is nothing but a stiupid clickbait to get more views. And it just makes sence, I mean, you can´t burn 4 calories by doing 5 torso twists 💀

I'm going to do this for twenty days and see for results. :) Starting weight: 119 pounds Day 1 - Done. 119 lbs. Day 2 - Done. 118.4 lbs. Day 3 - Done, but I did not do the jumping exercises because I felt extremely tired. 117.6 lbs. Day 4 - Done. I also did the extra jumping exercises to make up for yesterday. 117.8 lbs. Day 5 - Done. Wow! I'm a quarter into the challenge already! 118.4 lbs. Day 6 - Done. 117.8 lbs. Day 7 - Done. 118.6 lbs. (My weight fluctuates a lot for some reason ^^") I'm one week in already! Day 8 - Done. 118.2 lbs. Day 9 - Done. 116.8 lbs. Day 10 - Done. 118.4 pounds (Halfway done!) Day 11 - Done. 118 pounds Day 12 - Done. 117 pounds Day 13 - Done. 115.4 pounds. One week left! Day 14 - Done. 115 pounds. Two weeks done! Day 15 - Done. 115.8 pounds. Day 16 - Done. 115.4 pounds. Day 17 - Done. 116.2 pounds. Day 18 - Done. 115 pounds. Day 19 - Done. 114.6 pounds. It was amezing result to me it's my 20th day first 9 days I'm going to 14 day challenge workout... After 9 days i will start this 1000 calories workout and it's my day 20th 15 July 24 weight is *88.9 kg* 5 August 24 weight is *85.4 kg* 6 August 24 weight is *84.9 kg* can't express my happiness 🥺♥️ 7 AUGUST 24 WEIGHT *84.8 KG* 18 AUGUST 24 WEIGHT *82.70KG* 18 SEPT 24 WEIGHT *79.00KG* ❤ 17 oct 24 w: *76.45kg* 23 oct 24 2nd pregnancy confirm ❤ I loose 4 kg in 21 days it was a healthy way to loose weight No sugar ❌ My diet plan included wheat roti and white rice also but make sure your quantity is too small and before going to any meal drink atleast 2 to 3 glass of water and 🥗 saled is must in ur meal..................... Please Keep in mind that 1000 calories will be burn and it all depends on your body weight. I weight 53kg and I did this exercise for 1 hour, I only burned 545 calories without taking brakes. I am used to doing HIIT (HIGH INTENSITY TRAINING), this was moderate for me but it pushed me to get back to exercising and have fun. So don't frustrate if you don't burn 1000 calories.

I have been intermittent fasting since Feb for weight loss and felt I needed to up the exercise too and didn't know where to start. I've been following your videos since Mid March. Lost 1st 8ibs in total so far. With the intermittent fasting and now exercise. If you stick at this daily and watch what you eat and stick to a calories deficit. This really does work. Not just the weight loss, I feel a difference around my waist and thighs ect and feel stronger. Feb - April and 1st stone and 8ibs down! Thank you to this page and I have more weight to go to get to a healthier BMI so going to keep going! 😊

​@x_noir Yes, I did. At first, it was a bit hard.Also lost 1 kg, and the current weight is 75.7. When I started, it was 76.6. Diet a little bit strict 2 meals sometimes only 1 but no sweets and take carbs one in a while. I also noticed I can hold planks longer. This makes it 6 times I completed. But you can take breaks depending on how you feel. You can have sweets little bit but take them only once in a while less than carbs.

Hi im 12 years old and im 50 kg and im trying my best with your workouts and im trying to lose weights as much as possible day 1 i did this workout plus i did a 500 calorie workout day 2 i did this workout 2 times day 3 i did this 2 times again and in a week i lost almost 7 kg's thank's for this workout' and im still doing it for a year i try to do it till i get muscular adn i do diets to every food thank's for the workout's and the effort you put in the video🎉🎉🎉

Hey. I know this is from like 3 years ago, but I still want to tell you something, wether you see it or not. Losing 7 kgs in a week isn't healthy, nor is it sustainable. You are still a minor, a literal CHILD, you shouldn't care this much about losing weight at such a young age. I was exactly where you were, and all of this stress about my weight and image left me with an eating disorder. It took away my good grades, friends, family, and overall my happiness. It destroyed everything I love. It may sound like a good idea, but trust me, it isn't worth it. Life can be so beautiful when you finally decide to live it. I am 110% sure that you are a kind, valuable, special, incredible, beautiful human being, and your worth doesn't need to be determined by the label on your clothes. ❤

It’s totally depends on persons weight the more you weight you loose more calories, I’m 70 kg I can see my body transformation within a week.. yes but not 1000 but to a extent close to 500. My Apple Watch shows the same

@@fantasticworld1100 I’ve been doing this workout for 2 months and than I took a break from it, I used to do it as an HIIT workout every now and than. But I did lose 12 kg by this workout and ofc eating healthy. I’m now doing there other 1000 cal burn workout as I believe that my body go used to this exercise and I don’t find it as challenging

did this for 3 days already (forgot to comment) also I’m a eight year old , 150 - 160 cm and 34 kg ! 1: ✅ I did it up to 15:00 I feel like I felt it burn ! 2: ✅ did it up to 30:00 the results were small but I’m excited for tommorow ! 3: ✅ did it up to 40:00 (also did your ten minute work out up till 7:00 diet : 2 - 3 meals every day (not including fruit and veggies and salad) 1 chocolate pancake (I only have them 2 times a week )and 1 chocolate every 3 days , no fizzy drinks . 5/7 days I have rice (sometimes only 4/7)

Am happy to say I lots weight... I started this exercise on 2 sep 2020 I was 70kgs... I checked my weight on 30 oct 2020 I was 65.7 I did little diet. Early morning 1ltr warm water after dat I do this exercise den oats with dat light breakfast (rice, chapathi, roti etc...) Lunch some light salads r fruit. Evening gree tea with 4r 5 almond. Roberta..is it ok that instead of doing the entire workout in one go , we may split it 30 mins workout- 15 min rest-30 min of remaining part Pls suggest

I’ll update my results: Height: 5’3 Starting Weight: 148lbs Target Weight: 110 Week 1: Done (I switch this videos with other 1000 calorie videos here and then.) I also do other Roberta gym videos (4kg in 7 days, lose 10 lbs in 7 days challenge.) I didn’t lose any weight in the first week, hopefully, I’ll start seeing small changes in week 2. I’m not on any specific diets, mostly counting calories.

Started from 12-nov-23 Day 1✅ felt the burn! was feeling like dying 26:20 but made it through the whole workout, im so proud will do it for 1week Day2✅ omg it was hard but I completed it.. the ski jacks got me dying😭… Day3✅ Didn’t do this for 2 days, had period cramps! will continue today (17 november) Day4✅ done, I could only do 720 calories today, Its late I have to sleep🫶🏻 Day5✅ I did for 40 minutes today🫶🏻no matter the minutes and calories! Just keep moving guys! It burn more, don’t exhaust yourself

Guys even if its not 1000 calories but 1 hour of this workout made me lose 4 kgs And im so happy i went from 63 to 59 and without a proper diet i skip my meals sometimes and eat a lottle less of junk and sugar

According to Apple Watch it’s only 476 calories burnt during this workout! I even went over each time thinking maybe I was slacking! Love this workout and robertas gym workouts but it’s far less calories lost than stated in the post!

If your not overweight then yeah you won’t burn a lot. I’m 51 kg and I only burn 400-500. That’s just how it works

Due to hormonal issue, my weight got stuck. Even weight training and a strict diet was not helping. I started with these body weight workouts as regular variations in workout regime help to a great extent to break the plateau. I completed 3 different high intensity workouts of Roberta’s gym in a week . Today’s friday and i did this 1000 calories workout. I don’t have a scale but i look significantly toned , specially the chest and mid section in just 5 days. And i kept my diet regularly like more protein , veggies and less carbs. Tip: have 200ml water while you workout and sip it to maintain energy and pace. Hope it helps!!!! Whenever my weight gets stuck, i leave Weight lifting and stick to this for few days and these workouts never failed. I will update my progress .

Progress: I lost 2-3 inches off my waist in 2 weeks.(5-6 days workout in a week) . It didn’t leave my skin hanging but i got more toned. So body weight workouts and weight lifting are always better than excessive cardio . No worries, if you don’t have weights/gym at home. These body weight workouts work like a magic if you are consistent. Diet: i ate lots of protein and veggies. Seasonal fruits In carbs, i consumed rice most times. Sometimes whole wheat bread.
