@@NikitaYadav-pc2pe just simple diet I follow like lots of fiber (sprouts, black chana), fruits, steam veggies n lemon tea without sugar added to my routine.. early morning after workout I take 1 glass hot water n lemon tea without sugar.. this morning routine is magical, n definitely u see the difference, changes once a week.. i promise 😊

I was insecure about my weight...today i started this workout and feels great i will continue this for 30 days wish me luck... Day 1: felt some pain but was great Day 2:i didnt did cuz periods Day 3:.... After 3 days i again started over Day 1:✅️felt easy Day 2:✅️i feel a lot changes in my body Day 3:✅️ Day 4:✅️ i started doing planks instead of lunge jumps cuz i lose breath if i do that. thats why i changed it

Day 1: I worked out after so long and was ready to give up but I remembered I had to do it for myself and felt lively after completing it. Will definitely continue doing this amazing workout. Day 2: 12 minutes through I got really bad cramps:( on my thighs. Will continue tomorrow.

It took me about a month to loose the first 10 pounds (2.5 lbs. a week) on a Keto diet. Then I cut my calories down to 1300 a day and I lost 3 pounds in one week! However, I was on a plateau for a couple of weeks in between. So, you can say it took me about 6 - 8 weeks total to loose 13 lbs! And I just lost another pound yesterday, so I am down 14 lbs so far! I should also mention, I do weight training 3 days a week (HASfit workouts) and cardio for five days a week, which includes Roberta's Gym workouts. I feel more energetic as well!

@@dibanazira6259 I did for a while and lost 10 lbs doing strictly Keto. However, when I hit a plateau for weeks without loosing weight, I switched over to Paleo diet, which allows more carbs into my diet, along with counting my calories on a great app: Mynetdiary. It is so helpful! Anyhow, I am reading a book called: Burn the fat, feed the muscle by Tom Venuto that was recommended to me. Upon the book's advice, I needed to add more carbs (necessary for building energy) and adding more Protein. So, I switched over to a Paleo diet, that allows for more carbs. Doing that helped me break my plateau. Now I am down another 4 lbs, for a total of 14 lbs down! I am looking to loose another 25 lbs, since I gained a lot of weight during COVID and last year. 😒 I hope this helps! 🙂

The most important thing here is for you to find a workout that you enjoy doing and will make you come back every day so you'll be motivated to exercise regularly. The exercises are extremely effective, but you can help yourself by cutting one meal, and eat 2 times a day, instead of 3. The supper should be not later than 6 pm. You could take a look on dr. Sten Ekberg videos about that, and you will lose weght very rapidly.

@@Abeers.tales1just remember slow and steady wins the race. It took me 6 months but I lost 2.5 inch around my waist. Weight loss is all about being consistent with exercise and diet rather than going for quick results. Aim to eat 80 percent of your diet of whole foods. It might be worth trying different exercises as well. Start with a 15min beginner workout to help build your strength 💪 and add in some beginner yoga a couple of days a week to help stretch your muscles. Once you start to find those workouts easy then move on to a 30 min workout. Personally I lose motivation if I do the same workout everyday so I switch between roberta, team body project, Leslie walkouts and yoga. Remember slow and steady wins the race.
