1000 Gallon Offset Smoker Build Part 4 - First door gets cut open

We pick up a large order of materials for the build, and get the first door of the cook chamber cut open.

Yeah we went with three to try something different. We're pretty happy with the wider doors, but they definitely aren't light. Thanks man, good luck on your build!

good build great work. 45 angle cut on the flat strips really aint necessary just give the top and bottom strip the 1 inch on each side tac it then weld the two curve strips to flush corners should give you squared and would also give you the 1 inch from enter cut on each side. once welded on the corners a flap disc ginder will flat the weld out look like one peice. i too build smokers and pits and sometimes i look for the easiest and quickest to further go on the build. keep it up yall

2 young strong men struggling with those doors, perhaps 4 or 5 small doors would have been a better option. BUT.... I really like the build series.
