1000+ Hrs of Nioh 2 with My Personal Build!!!! This is what MAX LEVEL is!!!

Although Izanagi 7 Oyamatsumi 6 is very OP especially with all 3 stacks of cleansing prayer you get 60% melee damage. 30% melee damage from cleansing prayer and 30% from melee vs purified enemy. Then if you have the spirit animal that gives you 10% melee vs purified and then get 40% melee vs purified from your accessories. However several weeks of testing Omnyo Austerity 5+ Oyamatsumi 6 and Tsukoyomi 3 is way better and way stronger, especially when doing water sword and sign of the cross. I also use corruption which gives you 30% melee damage when the weapon is awakened. Omnyo Austerity 5+ gives about a 20% damage boost from Damage Bonus Omnyo Magic Power and empowered omnyo, then another 20% more damage from Tsukoyomi with defense down on magic hit. That's 40% more damage and you don't have to wait for purity to proc to get it. Then add a corrupted weapon and you're at 70% total damage. Then add all the melee vs corrupted or zero ki and you're already higher as far as damage than Izanagi 7 Oyamatsumi 6. Plus you're EXTREMELY tanky, even more so than Izanagi 7 and Oyamatsumi 6. The reason is, Omnyo Austerity has attack down on magic hit cause you less damage add that with Oyamatsumi and you're extremely tanky. Just use any elemental familiar and you're good to go. Plus you'll get the last familiar you use back because of empowered omnyo from Omnyo Austerity 5+. I use Dual swords for yokai and Odachi for humans. But I have every weapon leveled up for this build.

You’ll end up changing stats as you play so no need to worry too much about those until you finish the first difficulty…as for weapons for new players, sword, dual sword and hammer/axe…those are the easiest to learn and use in my opinion

@@KingRedDiamondGaming atm lvl 504 so far most frightening boss I've had to deal with lighting gods of yomi or how it's called using axe corr with awaking set more dps that way near 6 k Def 6.7 k hp so far main story etc pretty good not to hard except some mobs gave me harder time then the final boss fuki rly fukid me lol

@@TheLoverken Lightning Gods of Yomi is by far the hardest boss in game because it’s attack patterns change and there’s no pause in them…I had the bad luck of having to fight them in the last floor of Depths of the Underworld and they were the third boss

if i did youtube which i should start taking bc more serious i’d post my build. its a dragon ninja ninjitsu melee build its insane. tanky enough to clear depths on +9 and offensive enough to kill the bosses in about 2/3 minutes. we need nioh 3 man.

Much appreciated! The build being used is in the description. And the ki usage is knowing how to ki pulse and use the skill flux, as well as using a certain talisman called barrier which rapidly restores ki to keep it topped off. There are also certain skills that help with ki recovery like the burst counter, that when equipped with the correct skill from the shiftling tree will allow you to recover a percentage of ki instantly when performed correctly

I was gonna try the game since it’s free for ps+ right now but I got stuck on the most stupid tutorial step in mankind, I had to “cut in guard” by pressing L1 but it was doing absolutely nothing, any tips would be very useful

Bit of a late reply comment but "Cut in Guard" probably means the mechanic where you can throw out a block faster than a dodge. Basically if an enemy is stun locking you with a combo, hitting dodge will do nothing but holding block instead will guard against the next few blocks, providing you have stamina.

Unfortunately no…you have to go thru NG+++ which is way of the Nioh and then gain access to underworld and depths of the underworld in order to use this exact build

I used high stance for cherry blossom in some clips it’s a staple in my combos but I do mainly stay in mid and low for the quick movement

@@KingRedDiamondGaming I get why you dont use high stance as often. I use all stances (low for movement, mid for parries, high for dmg) but it happens so often that after a high stance attack I screw up the switch to low stance for some reason and do a stupid roll that often kills me

I still don't understand you have 1000 hours + into Nioh 2 and ur build is not like a 1 or 2 shot thing like Nioh 1. I get that it s hould be hard but the point to grind to an end like that is to be able to melt anything without even trying like in Nioh 1 you could 1 shot floor 999

Nothing in depths of the underworld can be one shot especially the last 5 floors from 26-30…you can look up other videos and builds on KZbin and you’ll see that none of them can do it…the bosses are too tanky and recover ki to quickly…the best you can do is maybe take no damage but you’re not one shotting anything that late in the game
