Make sure that back is dead straight at all times (there is some shoulder rounding). Nothing is worth an injured back.

I'm really not an expert at this, but it seems you're lifting primarily with your lower back, not the hamstrings or glutes.

That is a deadlift..if you want to cheat then use Glutes..

That's like 35kg at most..it is "Aided" DL via a Machine, still Heavy Though.

great effort... also, where did you get the jammer arms? regret the other comment is correct about your form, you're primarily lifting/putting a lot of stress on your lower back.... What's your hip mobility like? If you find pivoting around the hips pinchy, I suggest doing a load of banded hip openers/kettle bell side lunge/hold... but most importantly.... Don't Stop 🫡
