For me it's one of the best feelings in the world. When you go for that new PR, a weight you couldn't comprehend when you first started deadlifts. You've braced, pushed and the weight actually moves... now it's passed the knees and you know it's happening... your legs start to shake, you're not sure if it's the pressure your body is under or from the pure adrenaline rushing through your body... before you have time to think the weight is up, you're fully locked, standing tall... it feels like you're holding nothing after what you're body has just been through... right there... before you even begin to think about lowering the weight... absolute euphoria. The numbers on the plates don't matter, it's all about you, your record, your experience, your progression. We can only imagine the buzz Eddie felt holding what was believed to be an impossible weight at that point and looking out at the crowd cheering in disbelief at what they're witnessing. Absolutely mental.

Watching this always makes me tear up a little. After hearing his interview about the lift, he said in order to move the weight he needed his adrenaline to spike dramatically. Rather than inject himself, he talked about going to a hypnotist and a therapist to help him mentally trigger his body to produce the needed adrenaline. He said he imagined horrible things happening to his children and wife just prior to the lift to induce that anger and rage. The thought of a man so desperately trying to save his family from something and being able to lift 500kg because of it always gets me.

I must have watched Eddie the beast Hall dead lift 500kg over 100 times. Thor might have dead lifted 501? but Eddie Hall dead lifting the 500kg was one of the greatest lifts in history. I watched Thor's lift twice but like i said I've watched Eddies lift a hundred times and will continue to watch him be the first man ever to break the 500kg mark. One love.

If you look closely you can see that when he is about to lock out at 0:38 seconds he starts getting a nose bleed from his left nostril until 0:43 seconds where the blood even passes his lips and is in his beard.

For perspective: The average brown bear weighs about 110-360 kg

Doesn't provide much perspective since people generally don't see or interact with brown bears

@@lorddoobsworth144 For the first 10 minutes or so of Tuesday night’s debate, it looked as though the restrained version of Donald Trump might have shown up in Philadelphia, the one who learned his lesson from his failure to curb his impulses in the 2020 debates with Joe Biden. He stayed silent while Kamala Harris ripped up his economic plan, which she correctly noted was based on a tax cut for the wealthy and a sales tax on all imported goods. When it was his turn to respond, he accurately pointed out that the Biden administration had made no attempt to end the tariffs he imposed on China. Happy Monday All! As a follow-up to RUOK Day here are some support organisations in Palestine. No problem, thank you for letting me know.

kartik harikantra it’s not humanly possible to lift 1200gk to upper upper chest??? And then of course walk 10 meters !!! What the hell are you talking about ?? Do you know how much that is in pounds ? Get out of here with your BS
@Bob-yu9kr5 жыл бұрын
kartik harikantra neither were you. Think about what your saying ! If you watched the history channel with Eddie, Brian and those strong men. They disproved what your saying. It’s not even an argument. They Exaggerated the numbers when that man did that. It’s not true
@Bob-yu9kr5 жыл бұрын
kartik harikantra what your saying all these stunts have never been proven and are fallacy. Again they are Exaggerated numbers. They don’t mean anything when you just make them up. Those things you described were for entertainment and again are not real. This what Eddie did is documented all real. And holds a world record. Why don’t you get that ?
