Looking back the 2010s were not as bad as I believed they were growing up. From the 2008 to 2016 there seemed to be a time of freedom and prosperity on the internet, where you could say what you wanted while still raking in millions of views and likes. It began to fade in the late 2010s with it almost being completely gone by the 2020s. To be honest, growing up in the adolescence years of the internet were not that bad in comparison to other time periods.
