This song reminds me of being young and in love, then finally finding the one person who makes you realize what love really is. My wife and I used to be rangers in the Forest Service. Before we dated we used to walk the woods near our station and ID plants and trees until it got dark out. It was such a simple and beautiful time. For me, this song is perfect.

Magnificent. A true artist and wordsmith, not sure about his overall reputation so I may be wrong but I think he's totally underrated. His lyrics across his work are absolutely beautiful, insightful and devastating at times. A bit of a genius tbh for me. Bravo x
