我中文不很好, 原谅用英文回复 as disclaimer , check with physician before taking anything , tnx . 1) eating young coconut is healthy , drink the coconut fresh water , eat the soft internal white fruit. 2) old coconut is processed in the factory to get coconut cooking oil, do not drink the oil. 3) white coconut milk is extract from older coconut for it's milk , it is for cooking , making cookies , cook curry, nasi lemak (santan rice-oily rice) etc , this coconut milk is not for drinking . hope it help 😊
