Here's a hint, Granny Pat. Put all your ingredients in a zip-loc bags and squeeze to combine. When done, twist the bag and it forms your ball. Cut the bag and place on your dish. Cover with the nuts. I'm all about "no dishes to wash." Love your videos.

I also agree with you on cooking for one. That must be difficult to measure. We cook for two and a half here. I hate to throw out food, at least it feeds some animals, here in the country, when I have to throw it out.

Buddig Beef! One of my best friends was a Buddig and her father ran the company. When we played in her downstairs basement her refrigerator was always full of those delicious bags of beef and other meats. Really brings back a memory. Nice family.
