Sunday Workout: 10000 ONLY STEPS WORKOUT! We all have our LAZY DAYS! If you don`t feel like exercising, but you`d still like to get your steps in, and burn some calories, this can be a great option for you! Try this low intensity steady state cardio workout for lazy days, and replace your treadmill with some regular and side step walking. This is a low intensity steady state step workout that is easy on the body and the brain :))). Works great after a big meal, while watching tv, NETFLIX, or while listening to a podcast. This indoor walking KISS cardio workout will get you closer to your daily steps goal by 10000 steps, and will help you burn around 500 cal. I switch between regular and side steps, so you can get the benefits of both.
