Sunday Workout: 10000 ONLY STEPS WORKOUT! We all have our LAZY DAYS! If you don`t feel like exercising, but you`d still like to get your steps in, and burn some calories, this can be a great option for you! Try this low intensity steady state cardio workout for lazy days, and replace your treadmill with some regular and side step walking. This is a low intensity steady state step workout that is easy on the body and the brain :))). Works great after a big meal, while watching tv, NETFLIX, or while listening to a podcast. This indoor walking KISS cardio workout will get you closer to your daily steps goal by 10000 steps, and will help you burn around 500 cal. I switch between regular and side steps, so you can get the benefits of both.
I post daily easy at home workouts (low and moderate intensity) for Weight Loss! Get your steps in with these indoor low and moderate intensity steady state cardio workouts anyone can do!
REMEMBER: You can always change the pace or intensity of all my workouts to suit your mood or energy level for the day.

Love that this is outside. Thank you so much for all your videos, they are so much appreciated from so many people. You’re so awesome and you rock. I’m 65, lost 50 pounds 2 years ago and I’m now healthy and the correct weight for my height and have managed to keep it off. Still maintain a healthy eating regimen and I now concentrate on exercise now for stretching, strength, balance and cardio. 💞

Just did this as week 7 day 4. Perfect workout on a rest day. Got 9041 steps and burned 552 calories. Thanks burpee girl!

I've been doing this workout very frequently for about a year as a supplementary workout to my strength training, it is definitely the easiest way to get my daily steps in after a hard day of work, school, kids, workout, house chores, etc, etc. Thank you for helping us to reach our fitness goals.

I tried this one for the first time. I loved the outdoor workout.❤️ I had a burning workout. It is very impressive to see how your workouts are hour long and yet we don't feel bored to complete it.

Did this yesterday and absolutely loved this. Great workout, with great scenery and great company. I could feel the sun and the breeze. I got a good workout and didn’t have to think about what I was doing. Thanks for being so consistent with the videos. I stay up late just to see what the next days video is.

Thanks for a nice workout .It was so soothing and went like a breeze. On my Apple Watch results are Active calories 515 Total calories 631 Ave HR 132 bpm

Loved the workout, put my Apple Watch on mixed cardio done 11601 steps,on rounds 4,5,6&9 I done light jogging instead of the walking, so my results are Active calories 445 Cals Total calories 563 Cals Not bad results.

Tried this today burned 336 active calories 11k steps as per my i6 watch I did jogging instead of walking without any breaks ! I’m 52kg 27 yr old 5’2ft I workout everyday min 1 hour I mostly do HIIT since had vaccination done this! Removing this from my workout list I found it boring to do same workout for so long and burn so less ! But good one steps covered !

Simplicity at it's best! So first of all...I bought a top similar to yours. I found myself pulling down on it through the entire 1 hour and 20 minutes. As seen on TV....ummm....yup 😑 (I think I need to buy a body that goes with the top) I was so motivated by your scenery I decided to take you out on a real walk. It was SO enjoyable. I burned 683 calories and 8,500 steps. We live near a lot of hills and terrain by the lake...so different from a complete flat like a track. My dog is literally passed out beside me right now 😂 Beautiful morning... Beautiful you ❤️
